का.आ. 127(अ).—नई दिल् ली नगरपाजलका पररषि् अजधजनयम, 1994 (1994 का 44) की धारा 4 की

उप-धारा 1(ग) द्वारा प्रित् त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्‍द र सरकार, इस अजधसूचना के सरकारी रािपत्र में प्रकािन की

तारीख से, भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय, की दिनांक 03.09.2019 की संख् या का.आ. 3190(अ) के तहत सरकारी रािपत्र

में प्रकाजित अजधसूचना में जनम् नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अर्ाात् :-

New Delhi, the 9th January, 2023

S.O. 127(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the New Delhi

Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the

notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs, published in the Official Gazette vide

Notification number S.O.3190(E) dated 03.09.2019 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the

Official Gazette, namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 1, for item No.(c) (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) and the entry relating thereto, the

following item number and entry shall be substituted namely:-

“(ii)
