(क) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना

संख्या का .आ. 738(अ), तारीख 17 फरवरी , 2021, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) में

तारीख 17 फरवरी , 2021 को प्रकाजित की गई थी , में एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती हैं, अथागतः –

उि अजधसूचना की अनुसूची में –

(1) कॉलम संख्या (3) भूजम का जववरण- ‘‘राष्ट्रीय रािमागग संख्या NH320B के दक.मी. 71.323 से दक.मी.

81.450 तक’’ के सामने, कॉलम संख्या (2) में, ििागए सक्षम प्राजधकारी ‘‘जिला भू-अिगन पिाजधकारी , रॉची ’’ के स्ट्थान में

सक्षम प्राजधकारी ‘‘अंचल अजधकारी, ओरमॉझी , रॉची ’’ ििागया िाए;

पाि रिप्पणीः मूल अजधसूचना का. आ. 738(अ), तारीख 17 फरवरी, 2021, द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र,

असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) में, तारीख 17 फरवरी, 2021 को प्रकाजित की गई थी । उि िुजि के

अजतररि मूल अजधसूचना के सभी भाग को ज्यों का त्यों माना िाय।

CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 10th January, 2023

S.O. 153(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notifications of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number, S.O. 738(E), dated the 17 February,

2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 17 February, 2021

namely :- In the schedule to the aforesaid notification :

Against serial no. 1, relating to Gola-Ormanjhi section of Bharatmala Project in Ranchi District –

(1) The CALA- District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi Shown in Col. No. 2 against Stretch Km. 71.323 to

Km. 81.450 may be shown CALA- Circle Officer, Ormanjhi, Ranchi against Stretch Km. 71.323 to Km. 81.450.

Foot Note: The Principal notification was published vide S.O. No. 738(E), dated the 17 February, 2021 in

the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 17 February, 2021. Besides above

corrigendum remaining part of principal notification may be treated as same.
