—केन्द्र सरकार को लोकजहत में यह अवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कक ओजििा राज्य में पारादीप

(ओजििा) से नुमालीगढ (ऄसम) तक वाया जसलीगुिी (पजिम बंगाल) कच्चा तेल पररवहन के जलए नुमालीगढ़ ररफाआनरी

जलजमटेड के द्वारा पाआपलाआन जबछाइ जानी चाजहये ;

और केन्द्र सरकार को यह अवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कक ईक्त पाआपलाआन जबछाने के प्रयोजन के जलए ऐसी भूजम में,

जो आस ऄजधसूचना से संलग्न ऄनुसूची में वर्णणत है तथा जजसमें ईक्त पाआपलाआन जबछाने का प्रस्ट्ताव है, ईपयोग के ऄजधकार

का ऄजजन ककया जाये ;

ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्र सरकार, पेरोजलयम एवं खजनज पाआपलाआन्द्स (भूजम में ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन) ऄजधजनयम,

1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की ईप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संलग्न ऄनुसूची में वर्णणत

भूजम में ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन करने के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा करती है ;

कोइ व्यजक्त, जो संलग्न ऄनुसूची में वर्णणत भूजम में जहतबद्ध है, आस ऄजधसूचना का भारत के ऄसाधारण राजपत्र में

प्रकािन (राजपत्र में यथा प्रकाजित आस ऄजधसूचना की प्रजतयााँ जन साधारण को ईपलब्ध करा दी जाती है) से आक्कीस (21)

कदनों के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाआपलाआन जबछाये जाने के सम्बन्द्ध में श्री ऄिोक कुमार बाग, ओ.ए.एस (एस.ए.जी)

सेबाजनर्णवत, सक्षम प्राजधकारी, नुमालीगढ़ ररफाआनरी जलजमटेड, प्लट नंबर 351, सहदेवखुंटा, बालासोर - 756 001,

(ओजििा) को जलजखत रूप में अक्षेप भेज सकते है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th January, 2023

S.O. 205(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that

for the transportation of Crude Oil from Paradip (Odisha) to Numaligarh (Assam) Via Siliguri (West Bengal) a

pipeline should be laid in State of Odisha by Numaligarh Refinery Limited;

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipelines, it is

necessary to acquire the Right of User in Land under which the said pipelines are proposed to be laid and which is

described in the Schedule annexed hereto;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and

Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby

declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the annexed schedule may, within twenty one (21) days from

the date of publication of this notification in the Extraordinary Gazette of India (copies of the notification published in

the gazette would be made available to the general public), object in writing to the Acquisition of the Right of User

therein for laying of the pipelines under the land to Shri Ashok Kumar Bag, O.A.S (S.A.G) Retd, Competent

Authority, Numaligarh Refinery Limited, Plot No. 351, Sahadevkhunta, Balasore – 756 001, Odisha
