का.आ. 230(अ).— सुिासन के जलए आधार अजधप्रमाणन (सामाजिक कल् याण, नवाचार, ज्ञान), जनयम, 2020

के जनयम 5 के साथ पठित आधार (जवत् तीय और अन् य सहाजयदकयों, प्रसुजवधाओं और सेवाओं का लजित पठरिान)

अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 18) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (4) के खण् ड (ख) के उप खण् ड (ii) के अनुसरण में केंद्रीय

सरकार द्वारा प्राजधकृत दकए िाने पर श्रम और रोज़गार मंत्रालय यह अजधसूजचत करता है दक कममचारी राज् य बीमा जनगम

को स्ट् वैजछिक आधार पर हां या नहीं जवकल्प या ई-केवाईसी प्रमाणीकरण सुजवधा का उपयोग करते हुए लाभार्थमयों की

पहचान, कममचारी राज् य बीमा अजधजनयम, 1948 (1948 का 34) के उपबंधों के अधीन जचदकत् सा और नकि जहतलाभ

सजहत सामाजिक सुरिा जहतलाभ उपलब्ध करने के जलए आधार अजधप्रमाणन की अनुमजत िी िाती है।

2. कममचारी राज् य बीमा जनगम अजधजनयम के सभी सुसंगत उपबंध, उसके अधीन बनाए गए जनयमों और

जवजनयमों तथा भारतीय जवजिष् ट पहचान प्राजधकरण द्वारा िारी जनिेिों का अनुपालन करेगा।

3.

यह अजध सूचना भारत के रािपत्र में उसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवत्त होगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th January, 2023

S.O. 230(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 4 of

the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016) read

with rule 5 of the Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation, Knowledge) Rules,

2020, the Ministry of Labour and Employment, having been authorised by the Central Government, hereby notifies

that the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation is allowed to perform Aadhaar authentication, on a voluntary basis,

for identification of beneficiaries, using Yes or No option or eKYC authentication facility, for providing social

security benefits including medical and cash benefits under the provisions of the Employees' State Insurance Act,

1948 (34 of 1948).

2. The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation shall, for the said purpose, comply with all relevant provisions of

the said Act, the rules and regulations made thereunder, and the directions issued by the Unique Identification

Authority of India in this behalf.

3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
