पहले परंतुक के खंड (iii) के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के इस्ट् पात मंरालय की अजधसूचना सं. का.आ. 1149(अ), तारीख

21 अप्रैल, 2014 में जनम् नजलजखत रर संिधधन करती है, अथाात्:-

उक् त अजधसूचना में, सारणी में क्रम संख यांक 3 के सामने, अजधकारी का नाम, पदनाम रर पते से संबंजधत

स्ट् तंभ (2) के अधीन प्रजिजियों के स्ट् थान पर, जनम् नजलजखत प्रजिजियां रखी िाएगी, अथाात्:-

“श्री जचत् त रंिन महापार,

कायाकारी जनदेिक (पररयधिना), बधकारध इस्ट् पात संयंर,

जिला: बधकारध, झारखण् ड”।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th December, 2022

S.O. 233(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the

Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments

in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O. 1149 (E) dated the

21^st April, 2014, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 3, for the entries under column (2)

relating to name, designation and address of officer, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-

“Shri Chitta Ranjan Mohapatra,

Executive Director (Project), Bokaro Steel Plant,

District: Bokaro Jharkhand”.

Note : The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,

Sub-section (ii) vide notification number S.O. 1149 (E), dated the 21^st April, 2014 and

S.O. 687 (E), dated the 4^th March, 2016, S.O. 2059 (E), dated the 31^st May, 2016 and S.O. 606 (E),
