का.अ. 236(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग ऄजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे आसमें आसके

पश्चात् ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कहा गया ह) क धारा 3क क ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन िारी क गइ भारत सरकार के सड़क

पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय क ऄजधसूचना संख्या का.अ.342(ऄ , ताररख 25 िनवरी, 2022,िो भारत के रािपत्र,

ऄसाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, ईपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित क गइ थी और ईक्त ऄजधजनयम क धारा 3क क ईप-धारा (1) के

तहत भारत के रािपत्र, ऄसाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, ईप-खंड (ii) में िारी ऄजधसूचना का.अ.6019 (ऄ तारीख

22 ददसंबर 2022 द्वारा प्रकाजित ईक्त ऄजधसूचना में संिोधन द्वारा अंध्र प्रदेि राज्य के कृष्णा जिले में NH16 के जवस्ट्तार

में, "6-लेन हनुमान िंक्िन बाइपास (मौिूदा दकमी.1055.680 से दकमी. 1060.800) (जडिाआन दकमी. 0.000 से

दकमी.6.720) सजहत NH-5 के कालापरू (जडिाआन दक.मी.1050.680) से जचन्ना ऄवतुपल्ली (जडिाआन

दकमी.1076.480) तक मौिूदा 4-लेन सड़क को 6-लेन का बनाना (कुल जडिाआन लंबाइ - 27.40 दकमी " के भू-खण्ड के

जनमागण (चौड़ी करण/पेव्ड िोल्डर सजहत 2-लेन/4-लेन/6-लेन का बनाना अदद , ऄनुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्धन और प्रचालन के जलए

ईस ऄजधसूचना से ईपाबद्ध ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का ऄिगन करने के ऄपने अिय क घोषणा क थी ;

और ईक्त ऄजधसूचना ददनांक 25.01.2022 का सार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम क धारा 3क क ईपधारा (3) के तहत

"प्रिािाजक्त" और "दद टाआम्स ऑफ़ आंजडया" दोनों में ददनांक 01.02.2022 में प्रकाजित दकया गया था ;

ररपोटग दे दी ह) ;

ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी क ईक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िाने पर और ईक्त ऄजधजनयम क धारा 3घ

क ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह) दक ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का

पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऄिगन दकया िाना चाजहए ;

और ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम क धारा 3घ क ईपधारा (2) के ऄनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती ह) दक

आस ऄजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन पर, ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लंगमों से मुक्त होकर अत्यजन्द्तक रूप

से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत हो िाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th January, 2023

S.O. 236(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways, number S.O.342(E) dated 25.01.2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,

Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)

(hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and Amendment to the said notification published vide S.O 6019(E) dated

22.12.2022 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of

section 3A of the said Act, the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule

annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation

of National Highway No.16, in the stretch of Package-II (6-laning of existing 4-lane road from Kalaparru (Design Km.

1050.680) to Chinna Avutupalli (Design Km.1076.480) of NH-5 (new NH-16) including 6-lane Hanuman Junction

Bypass from (Existing Km. 1055.680 to Km.1060.800) (Design Ch. 0.000 to Ch. 6.720) (Total Design length - 27.400

Km) in the District of Krishna in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

And whereas the substance of the said notification dated 25.01.2022 has been published in “Prajasakthi

(Telugu)” and “The Time of India” both dated 01.02.2022, under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas no objections have been received from any person by the Competent Authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall

vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
