(चौड़ीकरण दो लेन का बनाना अदद) प्रबंधन , प्रचलन और ईन्नयन हेतु ईि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में

क्रमिः ईजल्लजखत राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बजन्द्धत ईि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (3) की तत्सस्ट्थानी प्रजवजि में

जवजनर्ददि भूजम के सम्बन्द्ध में ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) में ईजल्लजखत ऄजधकाररयों को ईि ऄजधजनयम के ऄन्द्तगगत सक्षम

ऄजधकाररयों के कृत्सयों का जनष्पादन करने के जलए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप में प्राजधकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th January, 2023

S.O. 225(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in

the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk/Mandals and villages

mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for upgradation to 2 laning with paved

shoulders of Km.0/0 to 9/6 (Chintoor to Motu) National Highway 326 in the District of Alluri Sitharama Raju State of

ANDHRA PRADESH.
