4603(अ), तारीख 18 ददसंबर, 2020 द्वारा प्रकाजित अजधसूचना का जनम् नजलजखत और संिोधन करती है, अथाात्:--

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 2023
S.O. 301(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (3) and (6) of section (3) of section 3 of
the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in
the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Department
of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, vide number S.O. 4603(E) dated the 18th December, 2020, published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 18th December, 2020, namely:-
In the said notification under the heading “member nominated by the Central Government under clause (d) of
sub section (3) of Section 3”, for serial number 11 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries
shall respectively substituted be namely:
Members nominated by the Central Government under clause (d) of sub-section (3) of Section 3
“11. Dr. Abhijit Mitra
Animal Husbandry Commissioner, Department of Animal Husbandry
and Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying
Member”.
