का.आ. 327(अ).— भारतीय पिु-जचदकत्सा पररषद् अजधजनयम, 1984 (1984 का 52) की पहली अनुसूची में,

पिु-जचदकत्सा जिज्ञान और पिुपालन, िालुकी, पेरेन, नागालैंड के महाजिद्यालय के संबंध में, इसके द्वारा अनुदाजनक पिु-

जचदकत्सा जिज्ञान और पिुपालन के स्नातक की जडग्री के सजममजलत करने के जलए केंद्रीय कृजष जिश्वजिद्यालय, इंफाल,

मजणपुर से अनुरोध प्राप्त हुआ है ;

और, भारतीय पिु-जचदकत्सा पररषद् (पिु-जचदकत्सा महाजिद्यालयों की मान्यता और मान्यता रद्द करने की

प्रदिया तथा पिु-जचदकत्सा जिज्ञान अहहता) जनयम, 2017 के जनयम 10 के उपबंधों के अनुसार, भारतीय पिु-जचदकत्सा

पररषद् ने अपनी 69िीं ररपोर्ह में भारतीय पिु-जचदकत्सा पररषद् की कायहकारी सजमजत की ररपोर्ह पर जिचार दकया और

पहली अनुसूची में केंद्रीय कृजष जिश्वजिद्यालय, इंफाल, मजणपुर द्वारा अनुदाजनत उक्त जडग्री के सजममजलत होने के जलए

जसफाररि दकया ।

अत:, अब, केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय पिु-जचदकत्सा पररषद् अजधजनयम, 1984 (1984 का 52) की धारा 15 की

उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय पिु-जचदकत्सा पररषद् से परामिह करने के पश्चात्, उक्त

अजधजनयम की पहली अनुसूची में, जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है :--

भारतीय पिु-जचदकत्सा पररषद् अजधजनयम, 1984 की पहली अनुसूची में, “उपाजधयां” उपिीषहक के नीचे, िम

संखयांक 66 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात्, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजिजियां अंत:स्ट्थाजपत की िाएगी, अथाहत् :--

यह 31.12.2021 को या उसके पश्चात् प्रदान की गई हो ।) ।”।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th January, 2023

S.O. 327(E).—WHEREAS a request has been received from the Central Agricultural

University, Imphal, Manipur for inclusion of the Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal

Husbandry degree granted by it in respect of College of Veterinary Science and Animal

Husbandry, Jalukie, Peren, Nagaland, in the First Schedule to the Indian Veterinary Council Act,

1984 (52 of 1984);

AND WHEREAS the Veterinary Council of India in its 69th meeting considered the report

of the executive Committee of the Veterinary Council of India and recommended for inclusion of

the said degree granted by Central Agricultural University, Imphal, Manipur in the First Schedule,

as per provisions of rule 10, of Veterinary Council of India (Procedure for recognition and de-

recognition of Veterinary Colleges and Veterinary Qualifications) Rules 2017.

Now, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15

of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984) the Central Government, after consulting

the Veterinary Council of India, hereby makes the following amendment in the FIRST

SCHEDULE to the said Act:-

In the First Schedule to the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984, under sub-heading

"Degrees", after serial number 66 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and

entries shall be inserted, namely:--
