सा.का.जन. 34(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार भारत-जतब् बत सीमा पुजलस बल अजधजनयम, 1992 (1992 का 35) की

धारा 156 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अधीन भारत-जतब् बत सीमा पुजलस बल,

प्रकािन और मुद्रण संवगग, समूह ‘ख’ और ‘ग’ पि, भती जनयम, 2018 का संिोधन करने के जलए जनम् नजलजखत जनयम

बनाती है अर्ागत्:-

1.

संजिप् त नाम एवं प्रारंभ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम भारत-जतब् बत सीमा बल प्रकािन और मुद्रण संवगग,

समूह ‘ख’ और ‘ग’ पि भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2023 है।

(2) वे रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।

भारत-जतब् बत सीमा पुजलस बल, प्रकािन और मुद्रण संवगग समूह ‘ख’ और ‘ग’ पि भती जनयम, 2018 में,-

(क) जनयम 8 में, ‘’सत्तावन’’ िब् ि के स्ट् र्ान पर, ‘’साठ’’ िब् ि रखा िाएगा;

(ख) अनुसूची में,-

(i) जनरीिक (संपािक) के पि से संबंजधत क्रमांक 1 के सामने,-

(क) स्ट् तंभ (6) में, प्रजवजियों के स्ट् र्ान पर, जनम् नजलजखत को रखा िाएगा, अर्ागत्:

‘’30 वषग से अजधक नहीं (केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा िारी अनुिेिों या आिेिों के अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों के जलए पांच

वषग तक की छूट)

टटप् पण :- आयु-सीमा अवधाटरत करने के जलए जनणागयक तारीख भारत में अभ् यर्थर्गयों से आवेिन प्राप् त करने के जलए जनयत

की गई अंजतम तारीख होगी न दक वह अंजतम तारीख िो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रिेि, जमिोरम, मजणपुर, नागालैंड,

जत्रपुरा, जसज‍ कम, जहमाचल प्रिेि के लाहोल और स्ट् पीजत जिले तर्ा चम् बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंिमान और जनकोबार

द्वीप संघ राज् यिेत्र, िम् मू-कश् मीर संघ राज् यिेत्र, लद्दाख संघ राज् यिेत्र या लक्ष् यद्वीप संघ राज् यिेत्र के अभ् यर्थर्गयों के जलए

जवजहत की गई है’’;

(ख) स्ट् तंभ (11) में, टटप् पण 2 में, ‘’बावन’’ िब् ि के स्ट् र्ान पर, ‘’छप् पन’’ िब् ि को रखा िाएगा;

(ii) हैड कांस्ट्टेबल (कम् पोजिटर) के पि से संबंजधत क्रम संख् या 2 के सामने, स्ट् तंभ (11) में, टटप् पण 2 में,

‘’बावन’’ िब् ि के स्ट् र्ान पर, ‘’छप् पन’’ िब् ि रखा िाएगा;

(iii) हैड कांस्ट्टेबल (फीडर/मिीन ऑपरेटर) के पि से संबंजधत क्रम संख् या 3 के सामने, स्ट् तंभ (11) में, टटप् पण

2 में, ‘’बावन’’ िब् ि के स्ट् र्ान पर, ‘’छप् पन’’ िब् ि रखा िाएगा;

(iv) कांस्ट् टेबल (बाइंडर) के पि से संबंजधत क्रम संख् या 4 के सामने, स्ट् तंभ (11) में, टटप् पण 2 में, ‘’बावन’’ िब् ि

के स्ट् र्ान पर, ‘’छप् पन’’ िब् ि रखा िाएगा;

(v) कांस्ट्टेबल (हैल् पर) के पि से संबंजधत क्रम संख् या 5 के सामने, स्ट् तंभ (11) में, टटप् पण 2 में, ‘’बावन’’ िब् ि

के स्ट् र्ान पर, ‘’छप् पन’’ िब् ि रखा िाएगा;

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th January, 2023

G.S.R. 34(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 156 of the

Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules

to amend the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Publication and Printing Cadre, Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Posts, Recruitment

Rules, 2018 namely :—

1.

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force,

Publication and Printing Cadre, Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Publication and Printing Cadre, Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Posts,

Recruitment Rules, 2018,-

(a) in rule 8, for the words “fifty seven”, the word “sixty” shall be substituted;

(b) in the schedule,-

(i)

against serial number 1 relating to the post of Inspector (Editor),-

(A) in column (6), for the entries, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“Not exceeding 30 years (relaxable for Government servants upto five years in accordance with instructions

or orders issued by the Central Government)

Note: The crucial date for determining the age-limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications from

candidates and not the closing date prescribed for those in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram,

Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Lahaul and Spiti district and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba district of

Himachal Pradesh, Union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Union territory of Kashmir, Union

territory of Ladakh and Union territory of Lakshadweep”;

(B) in column (11), in note 2, for the word “fifty-two”, the word “fifty-six” shall be substituted;

(ii)

against serial number 2 relating to the post of Head Constable(Compositor), in column (11), in note 2,

for the word “fifty-two”, the word “fifty-six” shall be substituted;

(iii) against serial number 3 relating the post of Head Constable (Feeder/Machine Operator), in column (11),

in note 2, for the word “fifty-two”, the word “fifty-six” shall be substituted;

(iv) against serial number 4 relating the post of Constable(Binder), in column (11), in note 2, for the word

“fifty-two”, the word “fifty-six” shall be substituted;

(v) against serial number 5 relating the post of Constable(Helper), in column (11), in note 2, for the word

“fifty-two”, the word “fifty-six” shall be substituted.
