का.आ. 369(अ).—राष्ट्रीय नौवहन बोडग जनयम, 1960 के जनयम 4 के साथ परित, वाजणज्य पोत पररवहन

अजधजनयम, 1958 (1958 का 44) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा,

सा.आ.4059(अ) के तहत भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii) में दिनांक 25 अगस्ट् त, 2022 को

प्रकाजित अजधसूचना में आगे जनम् नजलजखत संिोधन करती है। इस अजधसूचना में, और इससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों में, जविेष

रूप से जनम् नजलजखत क्रम संख् या और प्रजवजि प्रजतस्ट् थाजपत की िाएगी, नामत:-

i)

क्रम संख् या 1 तथा इससे संबंजधत प्रजवजि के जलए, डॉ. माजलनी वी. िंकर के स्ट् थान पर श्री संिीव रंिन को

01 फरवरी, 2023 से नए अध् यक्ष के रूप में जनयुक् त दकया िाता है।

ii)

क्रम संख् या 8 और इससे संबंजधत प्रजवजि के जलए, श्री अब्िुलगनी सेरांग के स्ट् थान पर श्री जमललंि

कंिलगांवकर, महासजचव-सह-कोषाध् यक्ष, एनयूएसआई पढा िाए।

iii)

क्रम संख् या 9 और इससे संबंजधत प्रजवजि के जलए, सिस्ट् य के रूप में श्री अमर लसंह िाकुर के स्ट् थान पर कैप् टन

तुषार प्रधान, महासजचव, मैरीटाइम यूजनयन ऑफ इंजडया (एमयूआई) पढा िाए।

CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th January, 2023

S.O. 369(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958(44 of

1958) read with Rule 4 of the National Shipping Board Rules, 1960, the Central Government hereby makes the

following further amendments in the notification vide S.O.4059(E) dated the 25^th August, 2022 published in the

Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii). In the said notification, and entries relating thereto,

the following serial number and entry shall in particular be substituted, namely:-

i)

For serial number 1 and entry relating thereto, Dr.Sanjeev Ranjan is appointed as the new Chairman in

place of Dr. Malini V. Shankar w.e.f. 1st February, 2023.

ii)

For serial number 8 and entry relating thereto, may be read as Shri Milind Kandalgaonkar, General

Secretary-cum-Treasurer, NUSI in place of Shri Abdulgani Serang.

iii)

For serial number 9 and entry relating thereto, may be read as Captain Tushar Pradhan, General

Secretary of the Maritime Union of India (MUI) in place of Shri Amar Singh Thakur as Member.

iv)

For serial number 11 and entry relating thereto, may be read as ICC Shipping Association (ICCSA) in

place of Indian Coastal Conference Shipping Association.

2. The remaining terms of the Notification vide S.O.4059(E) dated the 25^th August, 2022 will remain same.
