द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, आस ऄजधसूचना के िासकीय रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने की तारीख से, तजमलनाडु

राज्य के थंिावुर जिले में राष्ट्रीय रािमागग 226Extn. के दक.मी. 55.926 से 62.68 तक बाइपास जनमागण हेतु

का.अ. 4085(ऄ) ददनांक 31.08.2022 ईि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमिः ईजल्लजखत राज्य, जिलों,

तालुकों और गावों से सम्बजन्द्धत ईि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (3) की तत्सस्ट्थानी प्रजवजि में जवजनर्ददि भूजम के सम्बन्द्ध में ऄनुसूची

के स्ट्तम्भ (2) में ईजल्लजखत ऄजधकाररयों को ईि ऄजधजनयम के ऄन्द्तगगत सक्षम ऄजधकाररयों के कृत्सयों का जनष्पादन करने के

जलए एतद् द्वारा सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप में प्राजधकृत करती है ।

ईि ऄजधसूचना की प्रस्ट्तावना में,-

(क) "जविेष जिला रािस्ट्व ऄजधकारी (एलए), एनएचएअइ, तंिावुर" िब्दो के स्ट्थान पर "जविेष जिला रािस्ट्व

ऄजधकारी (एलए), एनएच 67 और 45सी जतरुवरुर" िब्द, कोष्ठक और ऄक्षर प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकए िाएं ।

85) के दकमी 6.6 से 10.4 तक ऄचमपथु, जवरारटपथु बाइपास का जनमागण के जलये नया काला प्रस्ट्ताजवत दकया गया है।

CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 20th January, 2023

S.O. 362(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956

(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed

here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the

date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the

corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in

column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule in S.O. 4085(E) dated 31.08.2022 for construction of

bypass from km. 55.926 to km. 62.680 of NH 226E in the State of TAMIL NADU.

In the preamble to the said Notification,-

(a) for the words “Special District Revenue Officer (LA), NHAI, Thanjavur” the words, brackets and letters

“SPECIAL DISTRICT REVENUE OFFICER (LA), NH 67 & 45C TIRUVARUR” shall be substituted;

As per State Government order No. 5680/HV1/2022-7, dated 30.12.2022 SPECIAL DISTRICT REVENUE

OFFICER (LA), NH 67 & 45C TIRUVARUR is the proposed new CALA for the work of construction of bypass

from km. 55.926 to Km. 62.680 of NH 226E in the State of TAMIL NADU;

As per State Government order No. 5680/HV1/2022-7, dated 30.12.2022 Special District Revenue Officer

(LA), NH 744A, Madurai is the proposed new CALA for the work of Construction of Atchampathu, Viratipathu

Bypass from Km. 6.6 to Km. 10.4 of NH-49 Extn (New NH-85) in the district of Madurai in the state of Tamil Nadu.
