का.आ. 5063(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अिजन और जवकास) अजधजनयम,1957 (1957 का 20)
(जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन िारी, भारत के रािपत्र,
भाग II, खंड 3 उपखंड (ii), तारीख 10 मई, 2023 में प्रकाजित, भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना
संखयांक का.आ. 2152(अ), तारीख 9 मई, 2023 द्वारा से संलग्न अनुसूची में जवजनर्िजष्ट 105.153 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) अथवा
259.835 एकड़ (लगभग) पररक्षेत्र की माप वाली भूजम और ऐसी भूजम के या उससे संबंजधत सभी अजधकारों के अिजन करने
के अपने आिय की सूचना िी थी ;
और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटज िे िी है;
और, केन्द्रीय सरकार का उपयुजक्त ररपोटज पर जवचार करने के पश्चात् और झारखंड सरकार से परामिज करने के
पश्चात्, यह समाधान हो गया है दक इसे संलग्न अनुसूची में यथावर्णजत 82.602 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) या 204.109 एकड़
(लगभग) माप वाली भूजम और ऐसी भूजम के या उससे संबंजधत सभी अजधकारों का अिजन दकया िाना चाजहए;
अतः, अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए
घोषणा करती है दक इससे संलग्न अनुसूची में जवजनर्िजष्ट 82.602 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) या 204.109 एकड़ (लगभग) माप
वाली भूजम और ऐसी भूजम के या उससे संबंजधत सभी अजधकार अर्िजत दकए िाते हैं l

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th November,2023
S.O. 5063(E ).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofCoal number S.O.
2152(E), dated the 9th May, 2023, issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and
Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and published in the Gazette of India,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 10th May, 2023, the Central Government gave notice of its intention to
acquire the lands measuring 105.153 hectares (approximately) or 259.835 acres (approximately) and all rights in or
over such lands specified in the Schedule appended to that notification;
And whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the
Central Government;
And whereas, the Central Government after considering the report aforesaid and after consulting the
Government of Jharkhand, is satisfied that the lands measuring 82.602 hectares (approximately) or 204.109 acres
(approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as described in Schedule appended hereto should be acquired;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, the Central
Government hereby declares that the land measuring 82.602 hectares (approximately) or 204.109 acres (approximately)
and all rights in or over such lands as described in Schedule are hereby acquired.
The plan bearing number APMDC/BCM/LA-CBA/2023-24/01, dated the 27th September, 2023 of the area
covered by this notification may be inspected at the office of the Deputy Commissioner/ District Collector, Giridih
District, Jharkhand or at the office of the Coal Controller, Scope Minar, 5th Floor, Core-II, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-.
110092 or at the office of the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, The Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development
Corporation Limited, Corporate Office: 294/1D, 100 Feet Road, Tadigadapa to Enikepadu, Kanuru, Vijayawada –
521137, Andhra Pradesh.
