के जलए केंद्रीय उपभोक्ता संरक्षण प्राजधकरण (सीसीपीए) में मुख्य आयुक्त का अजतररक्त प्रभार उपभोक्ता मामले जर्भाग,

भारत सरकार में जर्िेष सजचर् सुश्री जिजध खरे के स्ट्थाि पर उपभोक्ता मामले जर्भाग, भारत सरकार के सजचर् श्री रोजित

कुमार ससंि को दिया गया िै।

New Delhi, the 30th November, 2023

F. No. J-9/11/2019-CPU.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 10 and

sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (35 of 2019) and in view of DoP&T’s

order no. 36/01/2023-EO(SM-I)(2) dated 31^st August, 2023 and the Gazette Notification of even number

dated 25^th September, 2023, the Central Government, in partial modification of this Department’s

notification of even number dated 29^th July, 2020, assigns the additional charge of Chief Commissioner in

the Central Consumer Protection Authority[CCPA] to Shri Rohit Kumar Singh, Secretary in the

Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India in place of Ms. Nidhi Khare, Special Secretary in

the Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India for smooth functioning of the Central Consumer

Protection Authority [CCPA].
