का.आ. 5292(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, आर्श्यक र्स्ट्तु अजधजियम, 1955 (1955 का 10) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त

िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित खाद्य और सार्विजिक जर्तरण जर्भाग, भारत सरकार के आदेि

असाधारण, भाग (II) धारा-3, उप-धारा (ii) में ददिांक 12 िूि, 2023 के का. आ. सं. 2566 (अ) के माध्यम से

जिम्नजलजखत संिोधि करती है, अर्ावत्:-

उक्त आदेि में, पैराग्राफ 2 (i) को जिम्नािुसार प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा।

2 (i) सभी राज्यों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के जलए जिम्नजलजखत स्ट्टॉक सीमाओं के सार् ददिांक 31 मार्व, 2024 तक

की अर्जध के जलए गेहं:

➢ व्यापारी/र्ोक जर्क्रेता : 1000 टि;

➢ ररटेलर : प्रत्येक ररटेल आउटलेट के जलए 5 टि।

➢ जबग र्ेि ररटेलर: प्रत्येक आउटलेट के जलए 5 टि और उिके सभी जडपुओं पर 1000 टि

➢ प्रोसेससव : माजसक स्ट्र्ाजपत क्षमता का 70% को 2023-24 के िेष महीिों से गुणा करके

ORDER

New Delhi, the 8th December, 2023

S.O. 5292(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10

of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the order of the Government of India in

the Department of Food and Public Distribution published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part(II) Section-3,

Sub Section(ii) vide number S.O. 2566(E) dated the 12^th June, 2023, namely

In the said Order, Paragraph 2(i) shall be replaced as under:

“2(i) Wheat for a period up to 31^st March 2024 with following stock limits for all States and Union

Territories:

➢ Traders/Wholesalers: 1000 MT;

➢ Retailers: 5 MT for each Retail outlet.

➢ Big Chain Retailers: 5 MT for each outlet and 1000 MT at all their depot.

➢ Processors: 70% of monthly installed capacity multiplied by remaining months of 2023-24.
