का.आ. 5271(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3 क की उप-िारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह

समािाि हो जािे के पश्चात् कक झारखण्ड राज्य के दुमका धजले में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-133 के कक.मी. 0+000 से

53+290 कक.मी. तक - (महर्ामा से हंसडीहा मार्ग) का धिमागण (चौड़ीकरण/चार-लेि का बिािे आकद), अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्ि

और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत है धजसका संधक्षप्त वणगि िीचे अिुसूची में कदया र्या है, ऐसी भूधम

का अजगि करिे के अपिे आशय की घोषणा करती है ।

कोई व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम में धहतबद्ध है, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3 र् की उप-िारा (1) के अिीि पूवोक्त

प्रयोजि के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख से इक्कीस कदि के भीतर आक्षेप

कर सकेर्ा ।

ऐसा प्रत्येक आक्षेप सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्ागत् अिुधवभार्ीय अधिकारी (राजस्व) एवं भूधम अधिग्रहण

अधिकारी, दुमका, धजला दुमका, को धलधखत रूप मे ककया जाएर्ा और उसमें उसके आिार अधिकधर्त ककए जाएंर्े और

सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आक्षेपकताग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप मे या ककसी धवधि व्यवसायी द्वारा सुिे जािे का अवसर देर्ा और

ऐसे आक्षेपों की सुिवाई के पश्चात् तर्ा ऐसी और जााँच करिे के पश्चात्, यकद कोई हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक

समझे, आदेश द्वारा या तो आक्षेपों को अिुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा या अििुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा ।

होर्ा; और

इस अधिसूचिा के अंतर्गत आिे वाली भूधम के रेखांक और अन्द्य ब्यौरे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त कायागलय में

उपलब्ि हैं और उिका धहतबद्ध व्यधक्तयों द्वारा धिरीक्षण ककया जा सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th December, 2023

S.O. 5271(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National

Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (hereafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied

that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for

building(widening/2 laning with paved shoulder), maintenance, management and operation of National

Highway No.133 in the stretch of land from Km 0+000 to 53+290 km. (Mahagama to Hansadiha Road) in the

district of Dumka in the state of Jharkhand, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of

section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, the Sub Divisional Officer

(Revenue) and land Acquisition Officer Dumka, District Dumka, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and

the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal

practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent

Authority thinks necessary, by order, eitherallow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be

final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this nitification are available and can be inspected

by by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
