का.अ. 5289(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है दक लोकजहत में यह अवश्यक है दक ईत्तर प्रिेि

राज्य में पेरोजलयम के पररवहन के जलए काण्डला (गुजरात) से गोरखपुर (ई०प्र०) एल०पी०जी० पाआपलाआन

पररयोजना के दियान्द्वयन हेतु अइ॰एच॰बी॰ जलजमटेड द्वारा पाआपलाआन जबछाइ जाना अवश्यक है।

केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाआपलाआन जबछाने के प्रयोजन के जलए यह अवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक ईस भूजम में

जजसके भीतर ईक्त पाआपलाआन जबछाइ जाने का प्रस्ट्ताव है और जो आस ऄजधसूचना से संलग्न ऄनुसूची मे वर्णणत है, ईपयोग

के ऄजधकारका ऄजजन दकया जाए।

ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाआपलाआन (भूजम मे ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन)

ऄजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 दक ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, ईस भूजम मे

ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन करने के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा करती है।

कोइ व्यजक्त, जो ईक्त ऄनुसूची में वर्णणत भूजम में जहतबद्ध है, ईस तारीख से, जजसको आस ऄजधसूचना में युक्त भारत

के राजपत्र की प्रजतयााँ साधारण जनता को ईपलब्ध करा िी जाती है, आक्कीस दिन के भीतर भूजम के नीचे पाआपलाआन

जबछाये जाने हेतु ईसमें ईपयोग के ऄजधकार के संबंध में श्री राकेि कुमार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी अइ॰एच॰बी॰ जलजमटेड,

काण्डला-गोरखपुर एल०पी०जी० पाआपलाआन पररयोजना (के०जी०पी०एल०), प्रयागराज (ईत्तर प्रिेि) को जलजखत रूप

मे अक्षेप भेज सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th December, 2023

S.O. 5289(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that

for the transportation of the petroleum product in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Pipeline should be laid for implementing

of Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project by the IHB Limited.

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline,it is

necessary to acquire the right of user (ROU) in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and

which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 3 of the petroleum and

Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby

declares its intention to acquire the right of user there in;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule, may submit objection in writing to Shri

Rakesh Kumar,Competent Authority, IHB Limited, Kandla- Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline (KGPL), Prayagraj(UP) within

twenty-one days from the date on which the copies of this notification issued under sub- section (1) of section 3 of the

said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general public.
