का.आ. 5282(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार को लोकजित में यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक इंजडयन ऑयल कोपोरेिन

जलजमटेड को कच्चे तेल के पररविन के जलए,न्द्यू म ंरा-पानीपत पाइपलाइन पररयोिना के तित,च डवा गांव से पानीपत तक

पाइपलाइन को तिसील: रानीवाड़ा,जिला: िालोर, रोिट,जिला: पाली व पीपाड़ ििर,जिला: िोधप र राज्य: रािस्ट्थान में

जबछाई िानी चाजिए।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलये यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक ऐसी भूजम

में िो इस से उपाबद्ध अन सूची मे वर्णित िै,और जिस में उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव िै,उपयोग के अजधकार

का अििन दकया िाए ।

अतः अब,केन्द्रीय सरकार,पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम मे उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन)

अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50)की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1)द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए उस भूजम के

उपयोग के अजधकार अििन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती िै ।

कोई व्यजक्त,िो उक्त अन स ची में वर्णित भूजम में जितबद्ध िै,उस तारीख सेजिसको इस अजधसूचना में य क्त भारत के

रािपत्र की प्रजतयााँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती िै,इक्कीस दिन के भीतर,भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन जबछाए

िाने के जलए,उसमे उपयोग के अजधकार अििन के सम्बन्द्ध में श्री रािीव क मार पाण्डे (सेवाजनवृत ए. डी. एम.),सक्षम

प्राजधकारी,इंजडयन ऑयल कोपोरेिन जलजमटेड, न्द्यू म न्द्रा पानीपत कच्चा तेल पाइपलाइन पररयोिना,एफ. सी. आई.

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th December, 2023

S.O. 5282(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest to

lay Crude Oil Pipeline from Chudva to Panipat under New Mundra - Panipat Pipeline Project by Indian Oil

Corporation Limited in TehsilRaniwada of Jalore District, Tehsil Rohat of Pali Districtand TehsilPipar City of

Jodhpur District in State of Rajasthan.

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is

necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in the schedule annexed to this notification.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and

Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby

declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein.

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty–one days from the date

on which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the General Public,

object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri Rajiv

Kumar Pandey(Retd. ADM),Indian Oil Corporation Limited, New MundraPanipat Pipeline Project, FCI Aravali

Gypsum & Minerals India Limited (FAGMIL) Building, 1^st Floor Institutional Area, Sector-B, Vivek Vihar Scheme,

Jodhpur – 342005,Rajasthan.
