का.आ. 5297(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, संयुक्त राष्ट्र (सुरक्षा पररषद) अविवियम, 1947 (1947 का 43) की िारा 2

द्वारा प्रदत्त शवक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा पररषद् के इराक संबंिी संकल्पों का कायाान्ियि आदेश, 2016

का और संशोिि करिे के वलए विम्नवलवित आदेश करती है, अर्ाात्-

1. (1) इस आदेश का संवक्षप्त िाम संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा पररषद् के इराक संबंिी संकल्पों का कायाान्ियि (दूसरा संशोिि)

आदेश, 2023 है।

(2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशि की तारीि से प्रिृत्त होगा।

2. संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा पररषद के इराक संबंिी संकल्पों का कायाान्ियि आदेश, 2016 की अिुसूची के उपाबंि 2 में शीषाक

"क. व्यवक्त” के अिीि पैरा आईक्यूआई.026 और उससे संबंवित प्रविवियों का लोप ककया जाएगा।

ORDER

New Delhi, the 12th December, 2023

S.O. 5297(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council)

Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the

Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Order, 2016, namely : –

1. (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq

(Second Amendment) Order, 2023.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Order, 2016, in the Schedule, in

Annexure 2, under the heading “A. Individuals”, paragraph IQi.026 and the entries relating thereto shall

be omitted.
