का.आ. 5303(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अद्धिद्धियम 1956 (1956 का 48) (द्धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अद्धिद्धियम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3क की उप-िारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शद्धक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह समािाि

हो जािे के पश्चात् कक मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के द्धिकदशा द्धजले में NH-146 के कक.मी. 71.615 से कक.मी. 93.375 (एसडीएम

ऑकिसर, ग्यारसपुर), NH-146 के कक.मी. 96.57 से कक.मी. 97.985 (एसडीएम ऑकिसर, ग्यारसपुर) तक के भू-खण्ड के

द्धिमागण (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड शोल्डर सद्धहत 2-लेि/4-लेि का बिािा आकद), अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्िि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि

के द्धलए िह भूद्धम अपेद्धक्षत है द्धजसका संद्धक्षप्त िणगि िीचे अिुसूची में कदया र्या है, ऐसी भूद्धम का अजगि करिे के अपिे

आशय की घोषणा करती है ।

कोई भी व्यद्धक्त, जो उक्त भूद्धम में द्धहतबि है, उक्त अद्धिद्धियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (1) के अिीि पूिोक्त

प्रयोजि के द्धलए ऐसी भूद्धम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र में इस अद्धिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख से इक्कीस कदि के भीतर अपिी

आपद्धत्त प्रकट कर सकेर्ा ।

ऐसी प्रत्येक आपद्धत्त सक्षम प्राद्धिकारी, अर्ागत् अिुद्धिभार्ीय अद्धिकारी (राजस्ि), ग्यारसपुर को द्धलद्धखत रूप मे

प्रस्तुत की जाएर्ी और उसमें उसके आिार अद्धिकद्धर्त ककए जाएंर्े और सक्षम प्राद्धिकारी, आपद्धत्तकताग को व्यद्धक्तर्त रूप मे

या ककसी द्धिद्धिक पेशेिर द्वारा सुिे जािे का अिसर देर्ा और ऐसी आपद्धत्तयों की सुििाई के पश्चात् तर्ा ऐसी और जााँच

करिे के पश्चात्, यकद कोई हो, द्धजसे सक्षम प्राद्धिकारी आिश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा या तो आपद्धत्तयों को अिुज्ञात कर

सकेर्ा या अििुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा ।

उक्त अद्धिद्धियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (2) के अिीि सक्षम प्राद्धिकारी द्वारा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश

अंद्धतम होर्ा ।

इस अद्धिसूचिा के अंतर्गत आिे िाली भूद्धम के रेखांक और अन्द्य ब्यौरे सक्षम प्राद्धिकारी के उक्त कायागलय में

उपलब्ि हैं और उिका द्धहतबि व्यद्धक्तयों द्वारा द्धिरीक्षण ककया जा सकता है ।

मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के द्धिकदशा द्धजले में NH-146 के कक.मी. 71.615 से कक.मी.93.375 (एसडीएम ऑकिसर, ग्यारसपुर),

NH-146 के कक.मी. 96.57 से कक.मी. 97.985 (एसडीएम ऑकिसर, ग्यारसपुर) के द्धलए अजगि की जािे िाली संरचिा

रद्धहत अर्िा संरचिा सद्धहत भूद्धम का संद्धक्षप्त द्धििरण

िुटिोट- ग्यारसपुर के 3A को एस.ओ. 4153(अ) कदिांक 20 द्धसतंबर 2023 द्वारा अद्धिसूद्धचत ककया र्या। द्धजसमें चेिेज

ककमी 71.615 से ककमी 93.375 प्रद्धिष्ट हुआ है, जो कक अपूणग है।

जबकक िास्तद्धिक श्रंखला 3a (एस.ओ. 3742(अ) कदिांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2020) के अिुसार ककमी 71.615 से ककमी

93.375 एिं कक.मी. 96.57 से कक.मी. 97.985 है।

CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 12th December, 2023

S.O. 5303(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the

public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building

(widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of National

Highway-146 in the stretch of land from Km. 71.615 to Km. 93.375 (SDM officer, Gyaraspur), National Highway-

146 in the stretch of land from Km. 96.57 to Km. 97.985(SDM officer, Gyaraspur) in the district of VIDISHA in the

state of MADHYA PRADESH, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of

section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Sub - Divisional Officer

(Revenue), in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an

opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and

after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or

disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land to be acquired under their notification are available and can be

inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.

SCHEDULE

Brief Description of the land to be acquired with or without structures falling National Highway-146 in the stretch of

land from Km. 71.615 to Km. 93.375 (SDM officer, Gyaraspur), National Highway-146 in the stretch of land from

Km. 96.57 to Km. 97.985(SDM officer, Gyaraspur) in the district of VIDISHA in the state of MADHYA PRADESH

Foot Note- 3A of Gyaraspur notified vide S.O. No. 4153(E) dated 20 September, 2023 in which Chainage is Km

71.615 to Km. 93.375 has entered which is incomplete.

The actual chainage is Km 71.615 to Km. 93.375 and Km. 96.57 to Km. 97.985 as per 3a (S.O. 3742(E)

dated 21 October, 2020).
