का.आ. 5370(अ).—यत:, मै. एवरटॉप टेक्सटाइल एंड अपैरल कॉम््लेक्स प्राइवेट जलजमटेड, ने तेलंगाना राज्य में
्लॉट नंबर सी-2 और सी-3, काकतीय मेगा टेक्सटाइल पाकक जस्ट्ित, ियामपेट गांव, गीसुगोंडा मंडल, वारंगल जिले में बहु
क्षेत्र की स्ट्िापना हेतु जविेष आर्िक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया
है) की धारा 3 के अंतगकत प्रस्ट्ताव दकया है;
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप.धारा (8) के अतंगकत अपेक्षाओं
तिा अन्द्य सबंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है और उनको उपयुक्त
जविेष आर्िक िोन के जवकास, प्रचालन एवं
रखरखाव हेतू उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (10) के अतंगकत दिनांक 6 अक्टूबर 2023 को अनुमोिन पत्र प्रिान
कर दिया है;

अतः अब, जविेष आर्िक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप.धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग
करते हुए और जविेष आर्िक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा उक्त स्ट्िान के
85.047 हेक्टेयर को अजधसूजचत करती है। अजधसूचना के जलएसवेक्षण संख्या एवं क्षेत्रनीचे ताजलका में दिए गए है, अिाकत्ः-

और अतः, जविेष आर्िक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त
िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 14 के प्रयोिनािक उपयुक्त
जविेष आर्िक
िोन के जलए एक सजमजत, जिसे अनुमोिन सजमजत कहा िाएगा, गठित करती है, जिसके अध्यक्ष और सिस्ट्य जनम्नानुसार है,
अिाकत्-
1.
जविेष आर्िक िोन का जवकास आयुक्त
अध्यक्ष,पिेन
2.
जनिेिक अिवा उप-सजचव,भारत सरकार,वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाजणज्य जवभाग
या उसका नाजमती जिसका स्ट्तर अवर सजचव,भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा

3.
जविेष आर्िक िोन पर भू-भागीय क्षेत्राजधकार रखने वाले क्षेत्रीय संयुक्त जविेि व्यापार
महाजनिेिक

जविेष आर्िक िोन पर भू-भागीय क्षेत्राजधकार रखने वाले सीमा-िुल्क आयुक्त या केन्द्रीय

िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा दिनांक 15 दिसम्बर, 2023 को उस तारीख के रूप में जनधाकठरत करती
है जिस तारीख से उपयुक्त
जविेष आर्िक िोन को सीमा-िुल्क अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 के अंतगकत
अंतिेिीय कंटेनर जडपो माना िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th December, 2023
S.O. 5370(E).— Whereas, M/s. Evertop Textile & Apparel Complex Private Limited, has proposed under
section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up of a
Multi-Sector SEZ at Plot Nos. C2 and C3, Kakatiya Mega Textile Park situated at Shayampet Village,
GeesugondaMandal, Warangal District, in the State of Telangana;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3
of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10)
of section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the above Special Economic Zone on 6th
October, 2023;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules,
2006, hereby notifies the 85.047 hectares. The Survey numbers and the area for notification are given below in the
table, namely: -

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the
Approval Committee for the above Special Economic Zone for the purposes of section 14 of the said Act consisting of
the following Chairperson and Members, namely:-
1.
Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone
Chairperson ex officio;
2.
Director or Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of
Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce or his nominee not below
the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India
Member ex officio;
3.
Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade having territorial jurisdiction
over the Special Economic Zone
Member ex officio;
4.
Commissioner of Customs or Central Excise having territorial jurisdiction
over the Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint
Commissioner
Member ex officio;
5.
Commissioner of Income Tax having territorial jurisdiction over the Special
Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner
Member ex officio;
6.
Director (Banking) in the Ministry of Finance, Banking Division,
Government of India
Member ex officio;
7.
Two officers, not below the rank of Joint Secretary, to be nominated by the
State Government
Member ex officio;
8.
Representative of the Developer of the zone
Special invitee
AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of
section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby appoints the 15th December, 2023 as the
date from which the above Special Economic Zone shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of
the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
