का.आ. 5377(अ).— िबदक भारत सरकार को लोकजित में यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक िररयाणा राज्य में

बीपीसीएल जपयाला संस्ट्थापन (िररयाणा) से िेवर एयरपोर्ट (उत्तर प्रिेि) तक ए.र्ी.एफ. उत्पाि के पररविन के जलए

मैससट भारत पेरोजलयम कॉपोरेिन जलजमर्ेड, द्वारा एक पाइपलाइन जबछाई िानी चाजिए;

और भारत सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक उस भूजम में,

जिसमे उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाए िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव िै और िो इस अजधसूचना में संलग्न अनुसूची में वर्णटत िै, उपयोग का

अिटन दकया िाए;

अतः अब, भारत सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम मे उपयोग के अजधकार का अिटन)

अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम मे

उपयोग के अजधकार का अिटन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती िै;

कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची मे वर्णटत भूजम में जितबद्ध िै, उस तारीख से जिसको उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3

की उपधारा (1) के अधीन भारत के रािपत्र मे यथा प्रकाजित इस अजधसूचना की प्रजतयााँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा

िी िाती िै, 21 दिन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन जबछाए िाने के सम्बन्ध मे, सक्षम प्राजधकारी/जिला रािस्ट्व

अजधकारी, फरीिाबाि, मैससट भारत पेरोजलयम कॉपोरेिन जलजमर्ेड, जपयाला-िेवर एयरपोर्ट ए.र्ी.एफ. पाइपलाइन, गााँव

जपयाला, पोस्ट्र् असावर्ी, तिसील बल्लभगढ़-121102, िररयाणा राज्य, को जलजखत रूप में आक्षेप भेि सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th December, 2023

S.O. 5377(E).— Whereas it appears to the Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for

transportation of ATF Product Pipeline Project through BPCL Piyala Installation (Haryana) to Jewar Airport (Uttar

Pradesh) ATF Pipeline Project in the State of Haryana pipeline should be laid by M/s Bharat Petroleum Corporation

Limited.

And, whereas it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is

necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is

described in the Schedule Annexed to this Notification.

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and

Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, (50 of 1962) Government of India hereby

declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein.

Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date

of which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the

Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User

therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Competent Authority/District Revenue Officer, Faridabad, M/s

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Piyala–Jewar Airport ATF Pipeline, Village Piyala, Post Asaoti, Tehsil

Ballabhgarh, District Faridabad-121102 in the State of Haryana.
