अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (1) के तहत प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, यह

समाधान हो िाने पर दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आिश्यक है, भारत सरकार के जित्त मंत्रालय (रािस्ट्ि जिभाग), अजधसूचना

सं. 49/2021-सीमा िुल्क, दिनांक 13 अक्टूबर, 2021, िो सा.का.जन. 734 (अ), दिनांक 13 अक्टूबर, 2021, के तहत भारत के

रािपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (i) में प्रकाजित दकया गया था, में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती हैं, यथा: -

उि अजधसचूना में, पैराग्राफ 2 में, अंक, अक्षर और िब्िों "31 माचच, 2024 तक, जिसमें यह तारीख भी िाजमल है, लागू

रहेगी।" के स्ट्थान पर, अंक, अक्षर और िब्िों "31 माचच, 2025 तक, जिसमें यह तारीख भी िाजमल है, लागू रहेगी। बिते दक इस

अजधसूचना में जनजहत कुछ भी अप्रैल 2024 के पहले दिन या उसके बाि, उपरोि सरणी के क्रम संख्या 1, 2 और 3 के जखलाफ जनर्िचष्ट

माल पर लागू नहीं होगा।" प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st December, 2023

No. 65/2023-Customs

G.S.R. 904(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs

Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) read with section 124 of the Finance Act, 2021 (13 of 2021), the Central Government, on

being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments

in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 49/2021-

Customs, dated the 13^th October, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-

section (i), vide number G.S.R. 734(E)., dated the 13^th October, 2021, namely :-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and word “31^st March, 2024”, the figures,

letters and words “31^st March, 2025. Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to the goods

specified against serial numbers 1, 2 and 3 of the Table above on or after the 1st day of April, 2024” shall be

substituted.

Note : The principal notification No. 49/2021-Customs, dated the 13^th October, 2021, was published in the Gazette

2021, and was last amended vide notification No. 65/2022-Customs, dated the 29^th December, 2022,

published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number

G.S.R. 909(E), dated the 29^th December, 2022.
