का. आ.1931 (अ), दिनांक 26 अप्रैल 2022, अजधसूचना संख्या - का. आ.3857 (अ), दिनांक 17 अगस्ट्त 2022 एवं अजधसूचना संख्या

- का. आ.4527 (अ), दिनांक 26 जसतम्बर 2022 िो भारत का रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II खण्ड3, उपखण्ड (ii) में प्रकाजित की गयी

थी, में एतद्द्वरा जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है:

अजधसूचना संख्याका. आ.1931 (अ)के जहन्द्िी संस्ट्करण की अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ2, क्रमांक (1) पर उप-जिलाजधकारी, सिर, एटा

एवं अजधसूचना संख्या - का. आ.3857 (अ), अजधसूचना संख्या - का. आ.4527 (अ) के जहन्द्िी संस्ट्करण की अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ2, क्रमांक

(1) पर उप-जिलाजधकारी, िलेसर, जिला एटा के स्ट्थान पर अपर उपजिलाजधकारी (प्रथम), एटा के रूप में पढ़ा िायेगा।

पाि रटप्पणीीः- मूल अजधसूचना भारत सरकार के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II खण्ड3, उपखण्ड (ii) का. आ.1931 (अ), दिनांक 26

New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2023

S.O. 5419(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause(a) of Section 3 of the National

Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O.1931

(E). Dated the 26th April, 2022, S.O.3857 (E). Dated the 17th August, 2022 & S.O.4527 (E). Dated the

26th September, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section-3, sub-section (ii):

In the Schedule of the English version of the notification number S.O.1931 (E), under Column-2,

Serial No. (1) Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Etah & S.O.3857 (E). & S.O.4527 (E), under Column-2,

Serial No. (1)Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jalesar, Etah shall be read as Additional Sub-Divisional

Magistrate (First.), Etah.

Foot Note: The Principal notification was published vide number S.O.1931 (E). Dated the 26th April,

2022, S.O.3857 (E). Dated the 17th August, 2022 & S.O.4527 (E). Dated the 26th September,
