का.आ. 5413(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, ने रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एवं रेलवे (संिोधन) अजधजनयम 2008

(2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 20‘ए’ के खंड (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग

करते हुए, यह समाधान हो िाने के पश्चात की लोक प्रयोिन के जलए, वह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूची में

ददया गया है, महाराष्ट्र रा्य के उस्ट्मानाबाद ताल का में “सोलाप र-उस्ट्मानाबाद वाया त लिाप र नई बीिी लाइन” की जविेष रेल

पररयोिना के जनष्पादन, अन रिण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजित है, ऐसी भूजम का अिजन करने के आिय दक घोषणा करती है I

और, शिगोली और िेकापूर और धारूर गााँव में कोई आिेप प्राप्त नही हुवा तथा सिम अजधकारी द्वारा तदन सार आदेि

पाररत कर ददये गये है|

और, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा (1) के अन सरण मे सिम प्राजधकारी ने अपनी ररपोर्ज केंरीय सरकार को

प्रस्ट्त त कर दी है|

अत: अब केंरीय सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोर्ज के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा

(1) द्वारा प्रदतिजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है दक इससे उपाबध्द अन सूची मे जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए

अर्जित की िाएगी|

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 21st December, 2023

S.O. 5413(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act,

1989 (24 of 1989) and Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the

Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been

given in schedule annexed hereto, is required for purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of

Special Railway Project, namely Solapur- Osmanabad via Tuljapur New BG Line in Osmanabad Taluka in the

State of Maharashtra, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

And whereas, in Shingoli and Shekapur, Dharur village no objections were received and the competent

Authority have passed the orders accordingly;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section 20 E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its

report to the Central Government;

Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in

the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed

hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
