एच (सदस्ट्यता संख्या 204494 , 5/3 आरर्ी एल आई िी एच, फ्लैर् नंबर 202, जवियनगर कॉलोनी, हैदराबाद

(तेलंगाना -500057, को िूवोक्त अजधजनयम कप दूसरी अनुसूची के भाग II के खंड (1 र भाग I के खंड (7 के अथाट‍ तगटत

वृजिक कदाचार का दोषणोी िाया है । अनुिासन सजमजत ने िूवोक्त जनयमऔ के जनयम 19(1 के जनबंधनानुसार सुनवाई का

अवसर प्रदान करने के िश्चात् सीए. रववंदरनाथ सी एच (सदस्ट्यता संख्या 204494 के नाम को स्ट्थायी रूि से सदस्ट्यऔ के

रजिस्ट्र्र से हर्ाने का आदेि ददया है र साथ ही 5,00,000/- रुिये (केवल िांच लाख रुिए का िुमाटना भी अजधरोजित

दकया । अनुिासन सजमजत के आदेि से व्यजथत होकर, प्र‍यथी ने चार्टडट अकाउंर्ेंर् अजधजनयम, 1949 कप धारा 22छ के

जनबंधनानुसार अिीलीय प्राजधकरण के समक्ष अिील फाइल कप, जिसमें 25 फरवरी, 2012 के आदेि द्वारा अंतठरम रोक

मंिूर कप गई थी । तथाजि, अिीलीय प्राजधकरण ने तारीख 5 जसतंबर, 2012 के अिने आदेि द्वारा अिील को खाठरि कर

ददया तथा अनुिासन सजमजत के आक्षेजित जनणटय कप िुजि कप । इसके अनुिालन में, प्र‍यथी ने मामले में उन िर अजधरोजित

िुमाटने के प्रजत आईसीएआई के िक्ष में 5,00,000/- रुिये (केवल िांच लाख रुिये का जडमांड ड्राफ्र् िमा दकया था। उक्त

आदेि से व्यजथत होकर सीए. रववंदरनाथ सी एच (सदस्ट्यता संख्या 204494 ने माननीय ददल्ली उच्च ‍यायालय के समक्ष

एक ठरर् याजचका सं. 554/2013 दायर कप, जिसमें 18 फरवरी, 2013 के आदेि द्वारा अंतठरम रोक मंिूर कप गई थी ।

तथाजि, माननीय ददल्ली उच्च ‍यायालय ने गैर-अजभयोिन के कारण तारीख 24 मई, 2023 के अिने आदेि द्वारा उक्त ठरर्

याजचका को खाठरि कर ददया। इसके अनुसरण में र िूवोक्त अजधजनयम कप धारा 20 कप उिधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदि

िजक्तयऔ का प्रयोग करते हुए, चार्टडट अकाउंर्ेंर् जवजनयम, 1988 के जवजनयम 18 के अधीन यह अजधसूजचत दकया िाता है

दक उक्त सीए. रववंदरनाथ सी एच (सदस्ट्यता संख्या 204494 का नाम तारीख 27 ददसंबर, 2023 से स्ट्थायी रूि से

सदस्ट्यऔ के रजिस्ट्र्र से हर् िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th December, 2023

No. PPR/1/S/09/DD/1/S/INF/09/DC/42/09: In terms of the provisions of Section 21B(3) of the Chartered

Accountants Act, 1949 read with Rule 18(17) of the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of

Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007, the Disciplinary Committee has held

CA. Ravindernath Ch (Membership No. 204494), 5/3RT L I G H, Flat No. 202, Vijayanagar Colony,

HYDERABAD (Telangana)-500057, guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Clause (1) of

Part II and Clause (7) of Part I of the Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act. After affording an opportunity of hearing

in terms of Rule 19(1) of the aforesaid Rules, the Disciplinary Committee ordered for PERMANENT removal of the

name of aforesaid CA. Ravindernath Ch (Membership No. 204494) from the Register of Members and also

imposed a fine of Rs. 5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakh only). Aggrieved by Order of the Committee, the Respondent

preferred an Appeal in terms of Section 22G of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, wherein an interim stay was

granted vide Order dated 25^th February, 2012. However, the Appellate Authority vide its Order dated 5^th September,

2012 dismissed the appeal and upheld the impugned Order of the Disciplinary Committee. In compliance of the same,

the Respondent had deposited a demand draft of Rs. 5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) in favour of ICAI against the

fine imposed upon him in the matter. Aggrieved by the said Order, CA. Ravindernath Ch (Membership No.

204494) filed a Writ Petition bearing no. 554/2013, before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, wherein an interim stay

was grated on 18^th February, 2013. However, the said Writ Petition was dismissed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi

vide its Order dated 24^th May, 2023, on account of non-prosecution. In pursuance thereof and in exercise of the

powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, it is hereby notified under Regulation 18 of the

Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 that the name of said CA. Ravindernath Ch (Membership No. 204494),

shall stand PERMANENTLY removed from the Register of Members with effect from 27^th December, 2023.
