सा.का.जन. 917(अ).—राष्ट्रपजत, संजिधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,

िनस्ट् पजत संर्ण, संगरोध और संग्रह जनदेिालय, (जिि जिज्ञान) भती जनयम, 2021 का संिोधन करने के जलए

जनम् नजलजखत जनयम बनाती हं, अथाात

1. (1) इन जनयमों का संज्प्त नाम िनस्ट् पजत संर्ण, संगरोध और संग्रह जनदेिालय, जिि जिज्ञान भती (संिोधन)

जनयम, 2023 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत होंगे।

2. िनस्ट् पजत संर्ण, संगरोध और संग्रह जनदेिालय, (जिि जिज्ञान) भती जनयम, 2021 की अनुसूची में पादप संर्ण

अजधकारी (जिि जिज्ञान) के पद संबंधी, क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने, स्ट्तंभ 3 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के स्ट्थान पर

जनम्नजलजखत रखी जाएंगी, अथाात:

“साधारण केंद्रीय सेिा, समूह ख राजपजत्रत, अननुसजचिीय“

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th December, 2023

G.S.R. 917(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage,

Toxicology Recruitment Rules, 2021. namely:-

1.

(1) These rules may be called the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage, Toxicology

Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage, Toxicology Recruitment Rules, 2021 in

Schedule, against serial number 2, relating to the post of Plant Protection Officer (Toxicology), for column 3,

the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“General Central Service, Group B Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. “
