1950 के जवजनयम 95-क के साथ पठित कममचारी राज्य बीमा अजधजनयम 1948, (1948 का 34) की धारा

46(2) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों के अनुसरण में महाजनदेिक ने 01.12.2023 ऐसी तारीख के रूप मे जनजित की है

जिसमें उि जवजनयम 95-क तथा उत्तरप्रदेि कममचारी राज्य बीमा (जचदकत्सा जहतलाभ) जनयम, 1958 में जनर्ददष्ट

जचदकत्सा जहतलाभ उत्तर प्रदेि राज्य के मैनपुरी जिले के सभी क्षेत्रों मे, पहले से अजधसूजचत क्षेत्रों के अजतठरि

और बस्ट्ती जिले के सभी क्षेत्रों में बीमांदकत व्यजियों के पठरवार पर प्रवृत होंगे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th December, 2023

No. N-17011/1/Uttar Pradesh(2D)/2023-P&D.—In pursuance of powers conferred by

Section 46 (2) of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), read with Regulation 95-A of the

Employees’ State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950, the Director General has fixed the 01/12/2023 as

the date from, which the medical benefit as laid down in the said Regulation 95-A and the Uttar Pradesh

Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1958 shall be extended to the families of insured

persons in all the areas of Mainpuri district, in addition to the already notified areas of the district and in all

the area of Basti district of Uttar Pradesh.
