रेल अजधजनयम 1989 की धारा 20A के अंतगगत अजधसूचना

का.आ. 21(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार रेल अजधजनयम 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया

है) की धारा 20 क की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह समाधान होने के पश्चात् दक लोक प्रयोिन के जलए वह

भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इसमें उपािद्ध अनुसूची में ददया गया है, छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के जिलासपुर जिले में जविेष रेल पररयोिना,

अर्ागत, द. पू. म. रेलवे के अंतगगत जिलासपुर-उसलापुर फ्लाईओवर पररयोिना (10.40 दक. मी.) के जनष्पादन के जलए अपेजित है,

ऐसी भूजम का अिगन करने के जलए अपने आिय दक घोषणा करती है ।

उक्त भूजम के जहतिद्ध कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन दक तारीख से 30 (तीस) ददनों के भीतर, इस

अजधजनयम दक धारा 20 घ दक उपधारा (1) के अधीन उपयुगक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिगन और उपयोग के सम्िन्ध में आिेप

कर सकेगा ।

प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम अजधकारी अर्ागत, अनुभागीय अजधकारी (रािस्ट्व), जिलासपुर, छत्तीसगढ़ को सूजचत दकया िायेगा

और उसमे, उसके आधार उपवर्णगत करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताग को व्यजक्तगत रूप में या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम से

सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों दक सुनवाई करने तर्ा ऐसी अजतररक्त िांच, यदद कोई हो तो, करने के पश्चात्,

िो सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, आिेपों को या अनुज्ञात या अनअनुज्ञात कर सकेगा ।

उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 20घ दक उपधारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई आदेि अंजतम होगा ।

NOTIFICATION

Bilaspur, the 22nd December, 2023

Notice Under Section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989

S.O. 21(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act,1989

(24 of 89) (hereinafter referred as the said Act,) the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public

purpose, the land brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed hereto is required for the execution of

Special Railway Project, Bilaspur – Uslapur fly over project (10.40 Km) (Chhattisgarh) situated in Chhattisgarh State

in District – Bilaspur in the state of Chhattisgarh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this

notification in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-

section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.

Every objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely concerned Sub Divisional Officer

(Revenue), Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh in writing and shall set out grounds thereof and the competent Authority shall give

the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or through a legal practitioner and may, after hearing all

such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary by order

either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said act shall be

final. The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by

the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
