का.आ. 24(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्

उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3क की उप-िारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह समािाि हो

जािे के पश्चात् कक महाराष्ट्र राज्य के जळर्ाव धजले में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 211 (अब िया राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 52 )

के 390.000 कक.मी. से 424.300 कक.मी. (औरंर्ाबाद से िुले सेक्शि) तक के भू-खण्ड के धिमागण (दो/चार लेि का बिािे

/चौडा करिे ), अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्िि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत है, धजसका संधक्षप्त वणगि िीचे

अिुसूची में कदया र्या है, ऐसी भूधम का अजगि करिे के अपिे आशय की घोषणा करती है ।

कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम में धहतबद्ध है, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (1) के अिीि पूवोक्त

प्रयोजि के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख के इक्कीस कदि के भीतर अपिी

आपधत्त प्रकट कर सकेर्ा ।

ऐसी प्रत्येक आपधत्त सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्ागत् उपधवभार्ीय अधिकारी, चाळीसर्ाव धवभार् "चाळीसर्ाव" धजला

जळर्ाव, महाराष्ट्र , को धलधखत रूप मे प्रस्तुत की जाएर्ी और उसमें उसके आिार अधिकधर्त ककए जाएंर्े और सक्षम

प्राधिकारी, आपधत्तकताग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप में या ककसी धवधिक पेशेवर द्वारा सुिे जािे का अवसर देर्ा और ऐसी आपधत्तयों

की सुिवाई के पश्चात् तर्ा ऐसी और जााँच करिे के पश्चात्, यकद कोई हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश

द्वारा या तो आपधत्तयों को अिुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा या अििुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा ।

उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (2) के अिीि सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश

अंधतम होर्ा ।

इस अधिसूचिा के अंतर्गत आिे वाली भू-रेखांक और अन्द्य ब्यौरे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त कायागलय में उपलब्ि हैं

और उिका धहतबद्ध व्यधक्तयों द्वारा धिरीक्षण ककया जा सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th December, 2023

S.O. 24(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the

public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building

(widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of National

Highway No211 Now New NH no.52 in the stretch of land from Km. 390.000 to Km. 424.300 (Aurangbad to Dhule

Section) in the district of JALGAON in the state of MAHARASHTRA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such

land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of

section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Sub Divisional Officer,

Chalisgaon Division, Chalisgaon, Distt. - Jalgaon in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent

Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may,

after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks

necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be

final.

The land plans and other details of the land Covered under this notification are available and can be inspected

by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
