का.आ. 34(अ).—जनयाात (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण और जनरीक्षण) अजधजनयम, 1963 (1963 का 22) की धारा 6 द्वारा

प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा वाजणज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के ददनांक

9 नवंबर, 2020 के का.आ.4031 (अ) के आदेि में संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अर्ाात :-

उि आदेि में, पैराग्राफ 15 में, खंड (क) के जलए जनम्नजलजखत खंड प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाात्: -

(क) "अजधसूजित दकया िाता है दक दूध और दूध उत्पाद जनयाात से पहले गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण या जनरीक्षण या दोनों के

अध्यधीन होंगे । हालांदक स्ट्वास्ट््य प्रमाणपत्र की आवश्यकता केवल तभी होगी िब आयात करने वाले देि को

इसकी जवजिष्ट आवश्यकता हो";

ORDER

New Delhi, the 29th December, 2023

S.O. 34(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection)

Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following order to amend the Order of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, vide number S.O.4031(E) dated, the 9^th November

2020,

namely: -

In the said order, in Paragraph 15, for clause (a) the following clause shall be substituted namely:-

(a) “notifies that the milk and milk products shall be subjected to quality control or inspection or both prior to

export. However, the Health certificate shall be required only in the case, where importing country has

specific requirement for the same” ;
