का.आ. 33(अ).—सावविजनक पररसरों (अनाजधकृत िखलकारों की बेिखली) अजधजनयम, 1971 (1971 का 48)

के खंड 3 के द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हए केंद्र सरकार एति् द्वारा भारत सरकार, वस्त्र मंरालय की दिनांक

20 अक् टूबर, 2023 की अजधसूचना संख्या सां.आ. 4632(अ) में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है एवं नीचे ताजलका के

कॉलम (1) में उजल्लजखत अजधकारी को, िो सरकार के रािपजरत अजधकारी हैं, उक् त अजधजनयम के प्रयोिन के जलए संपिा

अजधकारी जनयुक् त करती है। अजधकारी को उक् त ताजलका के कॉलम (2) में तत्‍ स्ट् थानी प्रजवजम में जवजनदििवम सावविजनक

पररसरों के संबंध में उक् त अजधजनयम के तहत या उसके अधीन संपिा अजधकारी को उनके संबंजधत क्षेराजधकार की

स्ट् थानीय सीमा क के अंतगवत प्रित िजियों का प्रयोग और उनको सौंपे गए कतव् यों का पालन करना होगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th December, 2023

S.O. 33(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of

Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (48 of 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in

the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Textiles No. S.O. 4632(E) dated 20^th October, 2023 and

appoint the Officer mentioned in column (1) of the Table below being a Gazetted officer of the Government to be the

Estate Officer for the purposes of the said Act who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties

imposed on Estate Officer by or under the said Act within the local limits of his respective jurisdiction in respect of

the public premises specified in corresponding entry in column (2) of the said table in .
