का.आ. 56(अ).—दिनांक 17.08.2006 को अजधसूजचत और दिनांक 16.05.2016 को यथासंिोजधत मुख्य िैद्युत

जनरीक्षक और िैद्युत जनरीक्षकों की अर्हता, िजि और कायह जनयमािली, 2006 (जिसे इसके बाि “उि जनयमािली” कर्ा

गया र्ै) के साथ पठित जिद्युत अजधजनयम, 2003 (2003 का 36) की धारा 162 की उपधारा (1) के द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों

का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतिद्वारा पटना मेरो रेल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड (पीएमआरसीएल) के जनम्नजलजखत

अजधकाठरयों को इस अजधसूचना की तारीख से पटना मेरो रेल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड में उनके कायहकाल तक अथिा अगले

आिेिों तक, िो भी पर्ले र्ो, उपयुहि जनयमों में उजल्लजखत ितों को पूरा करने के अध्यधीन, पटना मेरो रेल प्रोिेक्ट

(पीएमआरपी) के जलए मुख्य िैद्युत जनरीक्षक/िैद्युत जनरीक्षक के रूप में जनयुि करती र्ै।

उपयुहि उजल्लजखत अजधकारी समय-समय पर यथासंिोजधत केंद्रीय जिद्युत प्राजधकरण (सुरक्षा और जिद्युत आपूर्तह

से संबंजधत उपाय) जिजनयम, 2010 में िी गई प्रदक्रया के अनुसार, पीएमआरसीएल द्वारा अजधकृत क्षेत्रों के भीतर अथिा

पीएमआरसीएल के जनयंत्रणाधीन कायों और जिद्युत प्रजतष् िानों के संबंध में/ पीएमआरसीएल से संबंजधत प्रचालनाधीन

िैद्युत कायों, िैद्युत संस्ट्थापनाओं तथा िैद्युत रोललंग स्ट्टॉक के संबंध में अपने अजधकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपने कायह

जनष्पादित करेंगे।

यर् सुजनजित दकया िाएगा दक उपयुहि अजधकारी पीएमआरसीएल में कायहकारी जनिेिक/यूिी/टीआर अथिा

िेिीएम/रैक्िन के रूप में उन् र्ें सौंपे गए कायों को बतौर मुख्य िैद्युत जनरीक्षक/िैद्युत जनरीक्षक कायह नर्ीं करेंगे।

मुख्य िैद्युत जनरीक्षक/िैद्युत जनरीक्षक के रूप में जनयुि अजधकारी ऐसा प्रजिक्षण लेंगे जिसे केंद्र सरकार इस उद्देश्य

के जलए आिश्यक समझे तथा ऐसा प्रजिक्षण सरकार की संतुजि के स्ट्तर तक पूरा दकया िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3rd January, 2024

S.O. 56(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 162 of the Electricity

Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) read with Qualification, Power and Function of Chief Electrical Inspector and

Electrical Inspectors Rules, 2006 (hereinafter called the said Rules) notified on 17.8.2006 and as amended

on 16.05.2016, the Central Government hereby appoints the following officers of Patna Metro Rail

Corporation Ltd. (PMRCL) as Chief Electrical Inspector/Electrical Inspectors for Patna Metro Rail Project

(PMRP), from the date of this Notification till his tenure in Patna Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. or till further

orders, whichever is earlier, subject to fulfillment of the qualification and condition mentioned in the said

Rules:-

The above mentioned officers shall exercise the powers and perform their functions in respect of

electrical works, electrical installations and electrical rolling stock in operation within the areas occupied

by the PMRCL or in respect of work and electrical installations under the control of PMRCL /belonging to

PMRCL as per the procedure provided in Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and

Electricity Supply) Regulations, 2010, as amended from time to time.

It shall be ensured that above said officers shall not function as Chief Electrical Inspector/

Inlectrical Inspector in respect of the work assigned to them as Executive Director/UG/TR or JGM/Traction

in PMRCL.

The officers appointed as Chief Electrical Inspector/Electrical Inspector shall undergo such training

as the Central Government may consider necessary for the purpose and such training shall be completed to

the satisfaction of the Government.
