का.आ. 46(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम, 1956 (1956का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके पश्चात

उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा ३क की उप-िारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह समािाि हो

जािे के पश्चात कक महाराष्ट्र राज्य के अहमदिर्र धजले में राधष्ट्रय राजमार्ग संख्या 561-अ के 0.000 कक.मी. से 27.970

कक.मी. (अहमदिर्र-करमाळा-तेम्भूर्णी सेक्शि एि.एच.561 अ) तक के भूखंड के धिमागर्ण (चौड़ा करिे, चारलेि का बिािे,

आकद), अिुरक्षर्ण, प्रबंि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत है, धजसका संधक्षप्त वर्णगि धिचे अिुसुचो में

र्या है, एत द्वारा ऐसी भूधम का अजगि करिे केअपिेआशय की घोषर्णा करती है;

कोई व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम में धहतबद्ध है, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा ३र् की उपिारा (1) केअिीि पूवोक्त प्रयोजि

के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसुचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख से इकिस कदि के भीतरआक्षेप कर

सकेर्ा;

ऐसा प्रत्तेक आक्षेप सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्ागत उपधवभार्ीय अधिकारी, िर्र धवभार्, अहमदिर्र, को धलधखत रूप

में ककया जायेर्ा और उस में उसके आिार अधिकधर्त ककये जायेंर्े और सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आक्षेप कताग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप में

या ककसी धवधिव्यवसायी द्वारा सुिे जािे काअवसर देर्ा और ऐसे सभीआक्षेपों की सुिवाई करिे के पश्चात तर्ा ऐसी और

जााँच करिे के पश्चात, यकद कोई हो,

धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा यातो आक्षेपों को अिुद्यात कर सकेर्ा या अििुद्यात कर

सकेर्ा;

उक्त अधिधियम की िारा ३र् उपिारा (2) केअिीि सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककया र्या कोई आदेश अंधतम होर्ा;

और

इस अधिसूचिा के अंतर्गत आिेवाली भूधम के भूरेखांक और अन्द्य ब्योरे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त कायागलय में

उपलब्ि हैऔर उिका धहतबद्ध व्यधक्तयों द्वारा धिररक्षर्ण ककया जा सकता है|

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th December, 2023

S.O. 46(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3(A) of the National Highways

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for

the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule below, is required for building

(widening, four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 561-A, in the stretch

of land from Km. 0.000 to Km. 27.970 (Ahmednagar-Karmala-Tembhurni Section of NH 561A) in the district of

Ahmednagar in the State of Maharashtra, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land;

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of

section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, the Sub Divisional Officer, Nagar

Division, Ahmednagar in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the

objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such

objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either

allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected

by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
