सा.का.जन. 17(ऄ).—राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के ऄनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,

खान मंत्रालय, भारतीय खान ब्यूरो, समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद भती जनयम, 2019 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत

जनयम बनाती हैं, ऄथाात्: ---

1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रांरभ.- (1) आन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम खान मंत्रालय, भारतीय खान ब्यूरो, समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद

भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2023 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. खान मंत्रालय, भारतीय खान ब्यूरो, समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद भती जनयम, 2019 में, ऄनुसूची में, सहायक खजनज

ऄथािास्त्री (असूचना) के पद से संबंजधत क्रम संख्या 5 के सामने, -

(क) स्ट्तंभ (9) में, प्रजवजियों के स्ट् थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत रखा जाएगा, ऄथाात्: -

"दो वर्ा।

टिप् पण: सीधी भती वाले लोगों को पटरवीिा पूरी करने के जलए, सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा यथा जवजहत कम से कम दो

सप्ताह की ऄवजध का अज्ञापक प्रवेि प्रजििण सफलतापूवाक पूरा करना होगा।";

(ख) स्ट्तंभ (11) में, -

(i) ईप-िीर्ाक "प्रोन्नजत" के ऄधीन, "तीन वर्ा" िब्दों के स्ट्थान पर, "पांच वर्ा" िब्द रखे जाएंगे;

(ii) ईप-िीर्ाक "प्रोन्नजत" और ईससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के पश्चात तथा टिप् पण 1 से पूवा, जनम्नजलजखत टिप् पण रखा

जाएगा, ऄथाात्: -

“टिप् पण 1: खान मंत्रालय,भारतीय खान ब्यूरो, समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2023 की ऄजधसूचना

की तारीख को जनयजमत अधार पर वेतन मैटरक्स (रु. 44900-142400) में स्ट् तर 7 में खजनज ऄजधकारी (असूचना)

के फीडर पद के संबंध में पात्रता सेवा तीन वर्ा जारी रहेगी।“

(iii) "टिप् पण 1" को "टिप् पण 2" के रूप में पुनः संख्यादकत दकया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st January, 2024

G.S.R. 17(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Group „A‟ and

„B‟ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2019, namely:-—

1.

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of

Mines, Group „A‟ and „B‟ Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Group „A‟ and „B‟ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2019, in the

Schedule, against serial number 5 relating to the post of Assistant Mineral Economist (Intelligence), -

(a) in column (9), for the entries, the following shall be substituted, namely: -

“Two years.

Note: Direct recruits shall be required to successfully complete a mandatory induction training of at least

two weeks duration, as prescribed by the competent authority, for completion of probation.”;

(b) in column (11), -

(i)

under the sub-heading “Promotion”, for the words “three years”, the words “five years” shall be

substituted;

(ii)

after sub-heading “Promotion” and the entries relating thereto and before Note 1, the following Note

shall be inserted, namely: -

“Note 1: The eligibility service shall continue to be three years in respect of incumbents holding the feeder

post of Mineral Officer (Intelligence) in level 7 in the pay matrix (Rs. 44900-142400) on regular basis on the

date of notification of the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Group „A‟ and „B‟ Posts Recruitment

(Amendment) Rules, 2023.”

(iii) “Note 1” shall be renumbered as “Note 2”.
