S.O. 72(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 2) of section 7 of the

Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Act, 2021 (29 of

2021), the Central Government hereby authorize Dr. N P Shukla, Full Time Technical Member,

Commission for Air Quality Management in NCR and Adjoining Areas, to discharge the functions of the

Chairperson, Commission for Air Quality Management in NCR and Adjoining Areas for the period of

absence on leave of Dr. M. M Kutty, w.e.f. 20^th January, 2024 to 28^th January, 2024.
