प्रजतभूजत संजिदा (जिजियमि) (स्ट्टॉक एलसचेंि और समािोधि जिगम) जिजियम, 2018 के जिजियम 12 के तहत मान्यता

का ििीकरण प्रदाि करिे के जलए ककए गए आिेदि पर जिचार करते हुए और इस बात से संत ष्ट हो िािे पर कक यह

व्यापार के जहत में होगा, प्रजतभूजत बािार (जसलयूररटीज़ माकेट) के जहत में होगा और ऐसा करिा लोक जहत में भी होगा,

एतद्द्वारा, प्रजतभूजत संजिदा (जिजियमि) अजधजियम, 1956 की धारा 8क की उप-धारा (4) के साथ परित धारा 4 द्वारा

प्रदाि की गई िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उपरोि समािोधि जिगम (ललीयररंग कारपोरेिि) को मान्यता का ििीकरण

17 िििरी, 2024 को प्रारंभ होिे िाली और 16 िििरी, 2025 को समाप्त होिे िाली एक िर्ड की अिजध के जलए इस

ितड के अध्यधीि प्रदाि करता है कक समािोधि जिगम (जललयररंग कॉपोरेिि) समय-समय पर जियमाि सार जिधाडररत की

गयी ितों का या भारतीय प्रजतभूजत और जिजिमय बोडड द्वारा जिधाडररत की गयी ितों का पालि करेगा:

परन्त यह की समािोधि जिगम उि ऋण प्रजतभूजतयों (डैट जसलयूरररटज़) में रेपो और ररिसड रेपो से संबंजधत

लेिदेि (रांसेलिि) का समािोधि (ललीयररंग) और जिपटाि (सेटलेमेंट) करिे के जसिाय कोई कक्रयाकल्प िहीं करेगा,

जििका लेिदेि (डीवलंग) या जििमे सौदेबाज़ी (रेवडंग) मान्यताप्राप्त स्ट्टॉक एलसचेंि में की िाती है ।

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 15th January, 2024

No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2024/164.—The Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the

application for grant of renewal of recognition under Regulation 12 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock

Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018, by AMC Repo Clearing Limited, Unit No. 503, Windsor,

Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz East, Mumbai – 400098 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the

trade, in the interest of securities market and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the

powers conferred by section 4 read with sub-section (4) of section 8A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act,

1956, renewal of recognition to the said Clearing Corporation for one year commencing on the 17^th day of January,

2024 and ending on the 16^th day of January, 2025, subject to the condition that the Clearing Corporation shall comply

with the conditions as may be prescribed by rules or specified by the Securities and Exchange Board of India from

time to time:

Provided that the Clearing Corporation shall not undertake any activity except that of clearing and settling of

transactions in repo and reverse repo in the debt securities that are dealt with or traded on a recognized stock

exchange.
