घोजित दकया गया है |

अतः अब, केंद्रीय सरकार, जवजधजवरुद्ध दियाकलाप (जनवारण) अजधजनयम, 1967 (1967 का 37) की धारा 4 की

उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 5 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस न्यायजनणियन के प्रयोिन

के जलए दक तहरीक-ए-हुर्रियत, िम्मू और कश्मीर को एक जवजधजवरुद्ध संगम घोजित करने के जलए पयािप्त कारण हैं या नहीं,

न्यायमूर्ति सजचन ित्ता, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायलय से जमलकर बनने वाले जवजधजवरुद्ध दियाकलाप (जनवारण) अजधकरण का गिन

करती है |

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th January, 2024

S.O. 179(E).—Whereas, Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, Jammu and Kashmir has been declared as an unlawful

association vide notification number S.O. 5532(E), dated the 31^st December, 2023, published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii).

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 read with sub-section (1)

of section 4 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby

constitutes the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal consisting of Justice Sachin Datta, Judge, High Court of

Delhi, for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause for declaring the Tehreek-e-Hurriyat,

Jammu and Kashmir as an unlawful association.
