राज्य के अल्लूरी सीतारमा रािू जिले में राष्ट्रीय रािमागग-516इ के दक.मी 37.003 कंस्ट्रक्िन ऑफ़ 2-लेन / 4-लेन
आरओबी इन जलयू ऑफ़ लेवल क्राससंग नो . केके-26 तक के पेव्ड िोल्डर के साथ िो लेन में उन्नयन हेतु उि अनुसूची के
स्ट्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमिः उजल्लजखत राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बजन्द्धत उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ
(3) की तत्सस्ट्थानी प्रजवजि में जवजनर्िगि भूजम के सम्बन्द्ध में अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) में उजल्लजखत अजधकाररयों को उि
अजधजनयम के अन्द्तगगत सक्षम अजधकाररयों के कृत्सयों का जनष्पािन करने के जलए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप में
प्राजधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th January, 2024
S.O. 199(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in
the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk/ mandals and villages
mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7), respectively of the said Schedule for construction of 2-lane/ 4-lane ROB in
lieu of Level Crossing no. KK-26 at Km 37.003 of NH-516E in the District of Alluri Sitharama Raju in the State of
ANDHRA PRADESH.

Land acquisition on National Highway No. 516E in the stretch from Km 35.700 to Km 38.200 in the District of Alluri
