समूह 'क' (रािपजत्रत) के पद पर जनयुक्त करते हैं। प्रत्येक मामले में संबजन्धत ट्ररजक्त िर्ा का उल्लेख दूरसंचार जिभाग के

ददनांक 19.12.2023 के आदेि सं. ए-32013/05/2023-प्रिा.II में दकया गया है।

जनयुजक्त माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय में िरनैल शसंह बैच के लंजबत मामलों में माननीय न्यायालयों द्वारा पाट्ररत दकसी

आदेि/अन्य माननीय न्यायालयों के समक्ष इसी तरह के मामलों के अधीन है।

No. A-32013/05/2023-Admn.II.—The President is pleased to appoint the following Junior Wireless Officers

Group ‘B’ (Non- Gazetted) in Level-‘6’ of 7^th CPC Pay Matrix to the grade of Engineer Group ‘A’ (Gazetted) in

Level-‘10’ of 7^th CPC Pay Matrix on their regular promotion in the Indian Radio Regulatory (Group ‘A’) Service

(IRRS) w.e.f the date mentioned against their names. Relevant vacancy year in each case has been mentioned in

DoT’s Order No. A-32013/05/2023-Admn.II dated 19.12.2023.

Notification(s) No. A-32013/05/2016-Admn.II dated 21.12.2016, dated 19.01.2017 and dated 14.02.2017.

The appointment of above-mentioned Officers to the grade of Engineer in Indian Radio Regulatory

(Group ‘A’) Service is subject to any Orders passed by Hon’ble Courts of Law in Jarnail Singh batch of cases pending

in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India/ similar cases before other Hon’ble Courts.
