प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतिद्वारा श्री सुिील पाल, आईसीएएस (1999), संयुक्‍ट त सजचव,

इलेक्‍टरॉजिकी और सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार, इलेक्‍टरॉजिक्‍टस जिकेति, 6 सीिीओ कॉम्पलेक्‍टस, िई दिल्ली -

110003 को श्री संकेत एस भोंडवे, संयुि सजचव एवं पििाजमत अजधकारी के अवकाि, िौरा, आदि पर रहिे के कारण

अिुपजस्ट्थजत के िौराि उक्‍ट त जियमों के प्रयोिि से पििाजमत अजधकारी के रूप में प्राजधकृत और पििाजमत करती है ।

S.O. 253(E).—In continuation of this Ministry’s Notification No. 2(1)/2017-Pers.I (Pt.) dated 11^th October

2023 published in the Gazette of India vide S.O. 4491(E) on 12^th October 2023 and in exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section(1) of section 69A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000) read with rule 3 of

the Information Technology (Procedure and Safeguards for Blocking for Access of Information by Public) Rules,

2009, the Central Government hereby authorises and designates Shri Sushil Pal, ICAS(1999), Joint Secretary,

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, Electronics Niketan, 6 Central

Government Offices Complex, New Delhi - 110003, as the Designated Officer for the purpose of the said rules during

the absence on account of leave, tour, etc., of Shri Sanket S Bhondve, Joint Secretary and Designated Officer.
