दिनांक: 12 अक्टूबर, 2023, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित के तहत िारी दकया

गया राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (इसके बाि उक्त अजधजनयम के रूप में संिर्भगत) की धारा 3डी की

उप-धारा (1), केंद्र सरकार यहां पैरा संख्या 02 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है।

इंधडया" और "संयुक्त कनााटक" दोनों कदनांक 22-07-2023

में प्रकाधशत ककया गया है; उक्त अधधधनयम की धारा 3ए की

उपधारा (3) के तहत;

S.O. 289(E).— In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways, S.O.4467(E) Dated: 12th October, 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section

3, Subsection(ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3D of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)

(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government here by makes the fallowing amendment in Para
