सा.का.जन. 48(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, खान और खजनि (जवकास और जवजनयमन) अजधजनयम,1957 (1957 का
67) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के िूसरे परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारतीय गुणवत्ता पररषि के
राष्ट्रीय प्रत्यायन जिक्षा और प्रजिक्षण बोडड (क्यूसीआई-एनएबीईटी) द्वारा प्रिान की गई मान्यता के पररणामस्ट् वरूप,खान
मंत्रालय के तारीख 12 अगस्ट् त, 2021 के आिेि संख्या एम.VI-16/15/2021-खान VI (जिसे इसमें इसके पश् चात उक् त
दििाजनिेि कहा गया है) के अधीन भारत सरकार द्वारा िारी मान्यता प्राप्त जनिी गवेषण एिेंजसयों की अजधसूचना के जलए
दििाजनिेिों में यथाजवजनर्िडष्ट जनम्नजलजखत एिेंजसयों को अजधसूजचत करती है:

3. यह अजधसूचना रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत् त होगी और यहअजधसूचना की तारीख से तीन वषड की अवजध के
जलए या स्ट्वीकृत प्रत् यायन के अवसान पर या समाप् त होने तक, िो भी पहले हो, वैध रहेगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi the 19th January, 2024
G.S.R. 48(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4
of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957) and consequent upon accreditation
provided by the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training of the Quality Council of India
(QCI-NABET), the Central Government hereby notifies the following agencies as specified in the guidelines for
notification of accredited private exploration agencies issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Mines
vide order no. M.VI-16/15/2021-Mines VI, dated the 12thAugust, 2021 (hereafter referred to as the said guidelines):

The agencies shall carry out prospecting operations in compliance with the conditions specified in the said
guidelines.
3.
This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall remain
valid for a period of three years from the date of notification or till expiry or termination of the accreditation granted,
whichever is earlier.
