धारा 4 के जनबंधनों के अनुसार, दिनांक 23.09.2022 की अजधसूिना सं. एफ. 7/52/2009-वीयू/िीएन-9466/2022 के द्वारा

‘आंतररक पररवाि सजमजत’ का गठन दकया गया था । जनम्नजलजखत सिस्ट्यों से जमलकर बनी हुई मौिूिा सजमजत का काययकाल जिसे पिले

दिनांक 21.12.2023 की अजधसूिना सं. िीएन-9845/2023 द्वारा 25.01.2024 तक बढ़ाया गया था, को अब 25.01.2024 से और

एक मिीने के जलए (25.02.2024 तक) अथवा अगले आिेि तक, िो भी पिले िो, बढ़ाया िाता िै :-

G.S.R. 58(E).—In terms of Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention,

Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, an “Internal Complaints Committee” was constituted vide Notification

No.F.7/52/2009-VU/GN-9466/2022 dated 23.09.2022. The tenure of the Committee, comprising the following

Members, which was earlier extended till 25.01.2024 vide Notification No.GN-9845/2023 dated 21.12.2023, is now

extended for a further one month period w.e.f. 25.01.2024 (till 25.02.2024) or until further orders, whichever is

earlier:—
