का.आ. 324(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अिजन और जवकास) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का

20) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1 ) के अधीन िारी भारत सरकार

के कोयला मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3115 (अ), तारीख 12 िुलाई, 2023 द्वारा िो भारत के रािपत्र,

असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) तारीख 13 िुलाई, 2023, में प्रकाजित की गई थी, उस अजधसूचना से उपाबद्ध

अनुसूची में यथा जवजनर्िजष्ट पररक्षेत्र में 228.12 हेक्टर (लगभग) या 563.68 एकड़ माप वाली भूजम में और ऐसी भूजम में

या उस पर के सभी अजधकारों के अिजन करने के अपने आिय की सूचना िी थी;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक् त अजधजनयम की धारा 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द् रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटज िे िी है;

और केन्द् रीय सरकार का, पूवोक् त ररपोटज पर जवचार करने के पश् चात् और महाराष्‍ट र सरकार से परामिज करने के

पश् चात्, यह समाधान हो गया है दक इसे संलग् न अनुसूची में यथा वर्णिंत 228.12 हेक् टर (लगभग) या 563.68 एकड़

(लगभग) माप वाली भूजम और ऐसी भूजम में या उस पर के सभी अजधकार अर्िजत दकए िाने चाजहए;

अत:, अब, केन्द् रीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अिजन और जवकास) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20) की

धारा 9 की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रित् त िजक् तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, घोषणा करती है दक, अनुसूची में वर्णिंत 228.12

हेक् टर (लगभग) या 563.68 एकड़ (लगभग) माप वाली भूजम में या उस पर के सभी अजधकार अर्िजत दकए िाते हैं।

इस अजधसूचना के अधीन आने वाले क्षेत्र के रेखांक धारक संख् या सी-I (ई)/III/एफयूआर/1123/1005, तारीख 10

रेखा जबन्द्िु ‘त’ से आरंभ होकर पजश्चम दििा में प्लाट संख्या 23 की बाहरी सीमा से लगकर गुिरती हुई

जबन्द्िु ‘थ’ पर जमलती है ।

थ – ि :

रेखा जबन्द्िु ‘थ’ से आरंभ होकर िजक्षण दििा में प्लाट संख्या 9,8 और 7 के (भाग) की बाहरी सीमा से

लगकर गुिरती हुई जबन्द्िु ‘ि’ पर जमलती है।

ि – ध :

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd January, 2024

S.O. 324(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal number

S.O. 3115(E), dated the 12^th July, 2023, issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas

(Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) published in the

Gazette of India, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) dated the 13^th July, 2023, the Central Government gave notice of

its intention to acquire 228.12 hectares (approximately) or 563.68 acres (approximately) lands and all rights in or

over such lands specified in the Schedule annexed to that notification ;

And whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the

Central Government;

And whereas, the Central Government after considering the aforesaid report and after consulting to the

Government of Maharashtra, is satisfied that the lands measuring 228.12 hectares (approximately) or 563.68 acres

(approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as described in the Schedule appended hereto, should be

acquired ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Coal Bearing

Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby declares that all rights

in or over the land measuring 228.12 hectares (approximately) or 563.68 acres (approximately) as described in the

said Schedule are hereby acquired.

The plan bearing number C-I(E)/III/FUR/1123/1005, dated the 10^th November, 2023 of the area covered by

this notification may be inspected in the office of the Collector, District Nagpur, Maharashtra or in the office of the

Coal Controller, Scope Minar, 5^th floor, Core-2, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 or in the office of the Head of

Department or General Manager (Mining), Land and Revenue Department, Western Coalfields Limited, Coal Estate,

Civil Lines, Nagpur – 440 001, Maharashtra.
