का.आ. 5304(अ).—केन्द्रीय सिकाि, ने, िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग अधिधनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अधिधनयम कहा र्या है) की िािा 3क की उपिािा (1) के अिीन जािी की र्ई भाित सिकाि के सड़क

परिवहन औि िाजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 4293(E) तािीख 01/10/2024, जो भाित के िाजपत्र,

असािािण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वािा आंध्र प्रदेि िाज्य के अल्लुिी सीतािामा िाजू धजले

में (भराचलम से कुंटा) िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग सं. 30 के कक.मी. 170.700 से कक.मी. 234.567 तक के भूखण्ड के धनमागण,

(चौड़ीकिण/पेव्ड िोल्डि सधहत 2-लेन/4-लेन का बनाना आकद ) अनुिक्षण, प्रबंिन औि प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना से

उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगन किने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ;

औि उक्त अधिसूचना का साि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3क की उपिािा (3) के अिीन तािीख "23.10.2024 "

को "द टाइम्स ऑफ़ इधण्डया" औि "आंध्रप्रभा" दोनों में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;

जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकािी को िािा 3-र् के तहत दायि आपधि प्राप्त हुई है, धजस पि धवचाि ककया र्या है औि

उसका उधचत रूप से धनपटान ककया र्या;

औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी ने उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) के अनुसिण में, केन्द्रीय सिकाि को अपनी

रिपोटग दे दी है ;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, सक्षम प्राधिकािी की उक्त रिपोटग प्राप्त हो जाने पि औि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ

की उपिािा (1) द्वािा प्रदि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् किते हुए, यह घोषणा किती है कक उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का

पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन ककया जाना चाधहए ;

औि अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (2) के अनुसिण में यह घोषणा किती है कक

इस अधिसूचना के िाजपत्र में प्रकािन पि, उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त होकि आत्यधन्द्तक रूप

से केन्द्रीय सिकाि में धनधहत हो जाएर्ी ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th December, 2024

S.O. 5304(E).—In Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road

Transport and Highways, 4293(E) Dated:01/10/2024 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its

intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building

(widening to 2 laning with paved shoulder/four laning etc.) Maintenance, management and operation from

km.170.700 to km.234.567 of the National Highway No. 30 (Bhadrachalam to Kunta) of the district of

Alluri Sitharama Raju in the state of ANDHRA PRADESH.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Times of India”

and “Andhra Prabha” both dated 23.10.2024; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered

and settled the same appropriately;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority

has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the

powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government

hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said

Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
