5381(अ).—ददल्ली जवकास अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 61) की धारा (3) की उप-धारा (3) के

खंड (छ) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा आवासन और

िहरी कायय मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अपर सजचव, सुश्री डी. तारा को तत्काल प्रभाव से ददल्ली जवकास प्राजधकरण के

सदस्ट्य के रूप में नाजमत करती है।

2. इसके अलावा, ददल्ली िहरी कला आयोग अजधजनयम, 1973 (1974 का 1) की धारा 4 और 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों

का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंर सरकार एतद् द्वारा आवासन और िहरी कायय मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अपर सजचव

सुश्री डी. तारा को तत्काल प्रभाव से ददल्ली िहरी कला आयोग (डीयूएसी) का सदस्ट्य जनयुि करती है। डीयूएसी में सदस्ट्य

के रूप में अपर सजचव सुश्री डी. तारा का काययकाल आयोग के अन्द्य सदस्ट्यों के काययकाल के साथ समाप्त होगा।

3. यह अजधसूचना मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 5252(अ) ददनांक 11.11.2022 का अजधक्रमण करते हुए

जारी की जाती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th December , 2024

S.O. 5381(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1), read with clause (g) of sub- section

(3) of section (3) of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Central Government hereby nominates

Ms. D. Thara, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, as Member of the

Delhi Development Authority, with immediate effect.

Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 4 and 5 of the Delhi Urban Art Commission Act, 1973

(1 of 1974), the Central Government appoints Ms. D. Thara, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban

Affairs, Government of India, as Member of the Delhi Urban Arts Commission (DUAC), with immediate effect. The

tenure of Ms. D. Thara, Additional Secretary, as Member in DUAC shall be co- terminus with the other Members of

the Commission.

This issues in supersession of Ministry's Notification No. S.O. 5252 (E) dated 11.11.2022.
