का.जन.आ. 204(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, छावनी अजधजनयम, 2006 (2006 का 41) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा

(3) के अनुसरण में, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 18 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) के अधीन कुमारी िर्मिला राई के त्याग पत्र

के कारण उत्पन्न और पजिमी कमान के िनरल ऑदिसर कमांडडंग–इन-चीि द्वारा इसे स्ट्वीकार करने के पिात, उक्त

अजधजनयम की धारा 18 की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन तारीख 09 माचि 2024 को उक्त बोडि को जवजधवत संप्रेजित करते हुए

छावनी बोडि, बकलोह के नाजमत सिस्ट्य के ररक्त पि को अजधसूजचत करती है |

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th December, 2024

S.R.O. 204(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006),

the Central Government hereby notifies the vacancy of nominated member of Cantonment Board, Bakloh, occurring

due to resignation of Miss Sharmila Rai under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18 of the said Act, and after

acceptance thereof by the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Western Command, duly communicating the same

to the said Board on the 9^th March, 2024, under sub-section (2) of section 18 of the said Act.
