का.आ. 5395(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार को लोकजित में यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक आंन्द्रप्रिेि राज्य में

एमएसएए ईपीएस से बीटीएसएडी तक प्राकृजतक गैस पररविन के जलए ओ.एन.िी.सी जलजमटेड के द्वारा एक पाइपलाइन

जबछाई िानी चाजिए;

और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलय यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक उस भूजम

मे, िो इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित िै और जिसमे उकत पाइपलाइन जबछाए िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव िै, उपयोग के अजधकार

का अििन दकया िाए;

अत: अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम में प्रयोग्ता के अजधकार का अििन)

अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा (3) की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम में

उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती िै;

कोई व्यजि,िो उि अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम में जितबद्ध िै, उस तारीख से िब से इस अजधसूचना से युि भारत के

रािपत्र की प्रजतयॉ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती िै, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन जबछाए

िाने के जलए उसमे उपयोग के अजधकर के अििन के सम्बन्द्ध मे सक्षम प्राजधकारी, और स्ट्पेिल उप ज़िला अजधकारी, ऑयल

एण्ड नेचुरल गैस कॉरपोरेिन जलजमटेड, रािमुंिरी एसट / के.जि .बेजसन्, गोिावरी भवन, बेस कॉम््लेक्स,रािमुंिरी जपन -

533106 आंन्द्रप्रिेि को जलजखत रूप मे आपजत्त भेि सकता िै।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th December, 2024

S.O. 5395(E)—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public

interest that for the transportation of Natural Gas from MSAA EPS TO BTSAD a pipeline should be laid

in the State of Andhra Pradesh by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited.

AND whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipelines, it

is necessary to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipelines are proposed to be laid and

which are described in the Schedule annexed hereto;

NOW, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (1) of Section 3 of the

Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central

Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein;

Any Person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from

the date on which copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the

general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User therein for laying of the pipeline

under the land to Special Deputy Collector and Competent Authority, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.,

Rajahmundry Asset/K.G.Basin, Godavari Bhavan, Base Complex, Rajahmundry – 533 106, Andhra

Pradesh.
