का.आ. 5437(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के

खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस अजधसूचना के िासकीय रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने की तारीख से

भारतमाला पररयोिना के अन्द्तगगत उत्तर प्रिेि राज्य में राष्ट्रीय रािमागग सं. 927 के दकमी. 00+000 से दकमी. 101+400

(बहराइच बाईपास समाप्त) बाराबंकी-बहराइच खंड के जनमागण (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड िोल्डर सजहत 4 लेन का बनाना आदि),

अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के जलए उि अनुसूची के क्रमिः कॉलम (4), (5), (6), और (7), में उजल्लजखत जिलों,

तहसीलों/तालुका, पुजलस स्ट्टेिन और गांवों से संबंजधत उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (3) की तत्सस्ट्थानी प्रजवष्ट में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम के

सम्बन्द्ध में अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) में उजल्लजखत अजधकाररयों को उि अजधजनयम के अंतगगत उजल्लजखत सक्षम अजधकाररयों

के कृत्सयों का जनष्पािन करने के जलए एतद्द्वारा प्राजधकृत करती हैं।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th December, 2024

S.O. 5437 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the

corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to districts, taluk, police station and villages

mentioned in column (4), (5) (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (Widening/ four laning with

paved shoulder etc) maintenances managment & operation of the National Highway NH-927) Barabanki to Bahraich

from Km. 0+000 to Km 101+400 (Bahraich Bypass End) in the state of Uttar Paradesh under Bhatatmala Project.
